The AORUS FO32U2 is one of Gigabyte's latest gaming monitors. Seemingly adjunct to the AORUS FO32U2P, the AORUS FO32U2 lacks its sibling's high-bandwidth DisplayPort 2.1 port while retaining a 240 Hz and 4K panel that measures 31.5-inches across.

The AORUS FO32U2 has moved a step closer to being released, nearly two months on from its debut at CES 2024 in Las Vegas. To recap, it was unclear what the AORUS FO32U2 looked like, let alone what many of its specifications were. Thankfully, the company has now shared AORUS FO32U2 product pages in which its core specifications and promotional images can be seen.

In short, it seems that the AORUS FO32U2 shares the majority of its hardware with the AORUS FO32U2P, including its 240 Hz and 4K OLED panel. Although Gigabyte does not admit as much, it seems that the AORUS FO32U2 features the same Gen 3 QD-OLED panel as many new gaming monitors that manufacturers have sourced from Samsung. Additionally, the AORUS FO32U2 delivers 400 nits peak brightness when viewing HDR content, 99% DCI-P3 colour space coverage and 0.03 ms GtG response times. Furthermore, the monitor finds itself with the following ports:

  • 1x 3.5 mm headphone jack
  • 1x 3.5 mm microphone jack
  • 1x DisplayPort 1.4
  • 2x HDMI 2.1
  • 2x USB 3.0 Type-A
  • 1x USB 3.0 Type-B
  • 1x USB Type-C (DisplayPort Alt Mode/18 W USB Power Delivery)

For now, Gigabyte has not revealed how much the AORUS FO32U2 will cost, nor when it will be available. However, we can infer from the company's product naming that the AORUS FO32U2 will be cheaper than the AORUS FO32U2P but more expensive than the AORUS FO27Q3, the specifications of which we have covered separately.
