Honor has announced another member in its latest mid-range smartphone series. To recap, Honor announced the Honor 90 and Honor 90 Pro less than a month ago with Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 and Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipsets, respectively. In comparison, the Honor 90 Lite utilises the less powerful MediaTek Dimensity 6020, which combines two ARM Cortex-A76 CPU cores clocked at 2.2 GHz with six Cortex-A55 CPU cores running at 2 GHz.
Additionally, the Honor 90 Lite has a 6.7-inch IPS display that resolves at 2,388 x 1,080 pixels and has a 90 Hz refresh rate. Honor integrates this large display within a 7.48 mm thick housing, as well as a 4,500 mAh battery that supports 22.5 W charging through its USB Type-C port. Meanwhile, a 16 MP front-facing camera occupies the display's centred punch hole, which is joined by 100 MP primary, 5 MP ultra-wide-angle and 2 MP macro rear-facing cameras.
Honor will start selling the Honor 90 Lite in Europe on June 19. The company has not confirmed European pricing yet, but the Honor 90 Lite will be available in the UK with a £249.99 MSRP on June 20. All Honor 90 Lite units will ship with 8 GB of RAM, 256 GB of storage and MagicOS 7.1, a skin based on Android 13.
