The W26 is a new smartwatch that wears its inspirations on its sleeve. Quite clearly the W26 is a rip off of the Apple Watch, hence the blurring of its Digital Crown and other features in marketing images. The W26, as Chinese Smartwatches notes, is available from multiple suppliers on websites like AliExpress. These suppliers include IWO, Lemfo, LYKRY and Mafam, although we doubt that is all of them. Nonetheless, all versions come in at under US$25 and are available in multiple colours.
The W26 measures 44 x 38 x 10.7 mm and weighs 50 g. The smartwatch includes a 1.75-inch display that resolves natively at 320 x 385 pixels. The device is compatible with Android and iOS and connects via Bluetooth 4.0.
There is no onboard GPS or NFC, but there is ECG functionality, along with blood oxygen and heart rate monitors. The W26 is supposedly IP68 certified too and features a 220 mAh battery. Chinese Smartwatches has provided an overview of the W26 below.
