Late last month, Evan Blass revealed the specification sheets for the Edge 20 series. As we discussed at the time, Motorola plans to release three models globally, with a fourth just for North America. While the models do not share much hardware, they all have 108 MP primary cameras.
Now, Blass has provided more information about the Edge 20 series, including an approximate release date. Apparently, Motorola will release the Edge 20 series 'at the very end of July', although Blass has not offered a specific release date.
Additionally, Blass asserts that the models will be called the Edge 20, Edge 20 Lite and Edge 20 Pro. In our opinion, the Edge 20 is 'Berlin' and 'Berlin North America', even though they have slightly different hardware. By contrast, the inclusion of a 90 Hz display and a MediaTek Dimensity 720 SoC suggests that 'Kyoto' is the Edge 20 Lite.
Finally, it would seem that 'Pstar' is the Edge 20 Pro, based on its Snapdragon 870 chipset. Unfortunately, it remains unclear how much the Edge 20 models will cost, nor what they look like.
