The Motorola Edge 20 will have a flat display and an updated triple rear camera hump: new leak
Motorola is currently rumored to have 3 new Edge-series variants in the works for 2021: the 20, 20 Pro and 20 Lite. They are projected to arrive with attractive mid-range specs and to confirm leaks beginning with their intriguing code-names (Berlin, Pstar/Sierra and Kyoto respectively). Now, new renders suggest they will also come with less than unsightly looks as well.
The new leak comes in the form of images and a video prepared by the legendary tipster Steve Hemmerstoffer (OnLeaks), who presents this new "Motorola Edge 20" leak through the medium of PriceBaba. They point to a phone that goes with the flat-display trend, resulting in a slight bezel all around.
This potential spec is thought to be joined by a 120Hz refresh rate and an FHD+ resolution in the Edge 20. The screen in question may measure 6.78 inches diagonally. Its new alleged renders give the impression that its aspect ratio could easily reach 20:9.
Motorola has seemingly shifted all the curvature a user could want to the long edges of its rear panel, which might be available in either white or a deep blue. A triple rear camera is also found here, and looks most like that of an OPPO Reno rather than the square hump of the Edge S.
One of the large lenses seen here is rumored to contain a 108MP main shooter, whereas the others are said to be 8MP and 2MP in resolution. The allegedly Snapdragon 778G-powered Edge 20 still lacks pricing, availability and launch data at the time of writing, however.
