It seems that 2025 could be a busy year for the DJI Osmo series. Based on recent leaks, the company is preparing a successor to last year's Osmo Action 5 Pro called the Osmo Action 6, which has now been pictured in dozens of hands-on images. On top of that, the Osmo 360 and Osmo Nano have surfaced in separate leaks.
Now, Igor Bogdanov has shared a brief clip of people freely using the former before its official release. Potentially, this could be a planned leak, given the proximity of the filmmaker to the two people holding the action camera. Regardless, the footage provides a close-up of the Osmo 360 in use for the first time, which we have embedded below.
Also, the leak highlights that DJI is still actively testing its GoPro Max and Insta360 X5, contrary to earlier suggestions. Detailed specifications have not leaked yet, although the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) previously highlighted that the Osmo 360 could share a 1,950 mAh battery with the Osmo Action 5 Pro (curr. $349 on Amazon).
The 360-degree camera will be compatible with the DJI Mimo app too, like the rest of DJI's Osmo cameras. Currently, DJI is expected to officially unveil the Osmo 360 this summer. It remains to be seen which of DJI's upcoming Osmo action cameras will debut first, though.
