Leaker reveals state of Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra in early protective case sighting
Samsung is presumed to still be months away from releasing new smartphones under the Galaxy S series. For now at least, the company is expected to replace the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24 Plus and Galaxy S24 Ultra in early January 2025. Nonetheless, leaks continue to reveal new information about the Galaxy S25 series, this time courtesy of Ice Universe.
Supposedly, companies have already started producing cases for the Galaxy S25 Ultra. Embedded below, the video showcases rumoured design changes, which primarily focus on improving ergonomics between generations. Reportedly, the Galaxy S25 Ultra measures 162.8 x 77.6 x 8.2 mm, which should make it noticeably smaller than the Galaxy S24 Ultra (curr. $1,149.99 on Amazon).
Moreover, the case leak appears to confirm the return of the S Pen for another generation. On top of that, the design suggests that the Galaxy S25 Ultra could have a camera housing akin to the Galaxy Z Fold6's. However, that is not anticipated for now. Incidentally, the Galaxy S25 Ultra is tipped to launch with 16 GB of RAM and a Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 for Galaxy chipset, among other hardware updates.
