Motorola is slowly moving towards releasing an Razr 40 Ultra (curr. $699.99 on Amazon) successor. To recap, the first putative sighting of the Razer 50 Ultra occurred in mid-January courtesy of MSPoweruser. More recently, the same device was pictured being certified by an undisclosed regulatory body.
Now, Deal N Tech has discovered third-party retail listings for the Razr 50 Ultra in blue, green and Peach Fuzz colour option, evidence of which we have embedded below. As always, we would recommend taking the image below with a healthy amount of scepticism until more concrete information surfaces. With that being said, it would see the Razr 50 Ultra retailing for about as much as the Razr 40 Ultra did when it launched last year.
However, Motorola charged €1,199 for the Razr 40 Ultra with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. As a result, pricing for Razr 50 Ultra at €1,200 with 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage would represent a price cut of sorts. Arguably, this should come as little surprise considering that the Razr 50 Ultra looks the spitting image of its predecessor. While a Razr 50 Ultra release date remains unknown for now, we suspect it will arrive this summer in time for its predecessor's first anniversary.
