ATI Mobility Radeon HD 2300
The Mobility Radeon HD 2300 graphic card for laptops is the successor of the X1300 and supports only DirectX9 (according the informations of the AMD homepage). The performance shall be somewhat above the X1300 and therefore present average or worse game performance. AMD / ATI tells that the relation of performance/Watt has been improved. Rumours tell that the chip is only a renamed X1300 / X1350 video chip.
A difference to the X2300 are the amplified video options (UVD).
The HD 2300 graphic processor is certified for Windows Vista and supports the Windows Aero Glass Interface.
