Honor's latest fitness tracker is here, and it is available with or without NFC. Called the Honor Band 6, the device features a 1.47-inch display, no physical buttons and a host of sensors for tracking your heart rate and sleep quality, among others. The Honor Band 6 starts at CNY 249 (~US$37) for the non-NFC model.

Sony has officially cut the prices of the PlayStation 5 consoles for Brazil, although the figures are still hefty in comparison to US prices. Rumors of the PS5 being launched early in the UK and Germany quickly spread like wildfire, and it is now confirmed that there is an HDMI 2.1 cable in the next-gen console’s box.

The Huawei Mate 40 RS is a special edition of its new flagship smartphone series with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. Dell charges almost 2000 Euros for the base model of the XPS 17 9700. You still get the great chassis and a very good FHD panel, but also a slow quad-core processor from Intel with an outdated iGPU.

Apparently, the previous rumors saying that the RTX 3060 Ti is expected to launch in mid-November are not true. Chinese site Expreview now claims that the actual launch date is set for December 2. The Lenovo Legion 5 powered by AMD Ryzen 7 4800H and NVIDIA RTX 2060 will be available in Germany on Black Friday, according to a Lenovo customer rep. This information comes in the wake of an ongoing patent dispute between Nokia and Lenovo wherein the former sought an injunction against Lenovo resulting in a nationwide sales ban. Lenovo has since challenged the injunction and has resumed laptop and tablet sales in the region.

Raspberry Pi Foundation has announced the launch of the Pi 400 — a complete PC within a keyboard aimed at getting users up and running without much hassle. The Raspberry Pi 400 is much similar to the Pi 4 in terms of specs but comes with a slightly faster CPU. The Pi 400 is available as a standalone keyboard-PC for US$70 or as a PC desktop kit with all accessories for US$100.

The Mate 40 Pro may not sell as well in many markets because of its lack of Google Mobile Services, but it is at least reasonably repairable. The Mate 40 Pro is modular for a modern flagship, especially considering alternatives like Apple's latest iPhones.

The limits of Google's strategy of pairing old camera hardware with excellent software have been shown in a series of camera tests published by DxOMark. There may well be some flaws in DxOMark's methodology, but it seems that Google should now move on from the 12 MP IMX363 camera that it has been using steadfastly for years.

The new AMD Ryzen 5 5600X is almost as fast as the Ryzen 7 3700X and its level of Cinebench performance simply blows the Intel Core i5-10600K out of the water: 42% better in multi-threading and 25% faster in the single-core test. The new AMD processor is also over 20% faster than its predecessor in both multi-threaded and single-threaded tests.

Razer has already held its first virtual launch event in 2020. Now, it will hold a second to be livestreamed in November of the same year. It apparently consists of a series of "exclusive" product debuts, unboxings and giveaways via the OEM's official YouTube channel.

The YouTuber PBK Reviews has conducted a Pixel 5 teardown on this channel. It seemed relatively easy to do so, possibly showing that several individual components can be replaced with ease. Then again, the vlogger could find no sign of the widely-reported "lifting display" hardware issue.

Intel Rocket Lake seems to have an edge in single-core performance over the AMD Ryzen 9 5950X, if a leaked UserBenchmark score is to be believed. The Rocket Lake part is shown to be just 5% behind the Ryzen 9 5950X in overall scores although the latter managed good leads in individual multi-core tests.

An industry insider suggests that Xiaomi is all set to unveil the Redmi Note 10 series sometime in November 2020. It will consist of three devices, namely the Redmi Note 10, Redmi Note 10 Pro, and Redmi Note 10 Pro Max. At least one of the smartphones (most likely the Redmi Note 10 Pro Max) is expected to ship with a 108MP Samsung ISOCELL HM2 camera sensor.
