Huawei has just announced its latest addition to the family, the Huawei P Smart 2021, an affordable smartphone with quite a few notable features. This phone can be regarded as an Android device with a big screen, but rather limited software. The screen of the Huawei P Smart 2021 measures 6.67-inch and carries a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixel. These are obviously fairly decent specs when the price range is considered. In addition to that, there are 128 GB of storage along with a microSD card slot. Apart from that, there is a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and an 8MP punch-hole selfie camera.
As far as the processor is concerned, the Huawei P Smart 2021 has been equipped with the Kirin 710A chipset. It is undeniable that the processor will not be able to deliver enormous amounts of power, but paired with 4 GB of RAM, it is not at all that bad for the price. As mentioned earlier, one of the key areas lacking in this smartphone has to be the software. The Huawei P Smart 2021 definitely struggles on the software front, because even though it runs Android, it does so without Google Mobile Services. This is quite similar to the majority of recent Huawei phones. The absence of Google Mobile Services simply means that there is no access to the Google Play store and no access to Google apps. While Huawei offers its own alternative to Google services, it may still turn out to be a drawback for some users.
In terms of its colour variations, the Huawei P Smart 2021 is available in three options, namely Crush Green, Blush Gold, and Midnight Black. As far as the camera is concerned, this device has been equipped with a quad-camera array on the back. This includes a 48MP main wide-angle lens, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, a 2MP macro camera, and, last but not least, a single 2MP depth camera. Apart from the ones mentioned above, there is an 8MP selfie shooter on the front of the smartphone. As for the battery, the Huawei P Smart 2021 has been equipped with a 5,000mAh battery with 22.5W fast charging for user convenience. However, it is worth noting that the phone does not support wireless charging. This might turn out to be a drawback for some users, depending on their needs and preferences. In addition, there is a headphone jack available on this device.
Overall, this is definitely a great phone from Huawei, but the choice of owning one is quite subjective and comes down to the choice and preference of the users – especially since Huawei does not support Google Mobile Services, which might be a disappointment for those ardent Google users out there.

Only a few smartphones have larger screens.
Large display-sizes allow higher resolutions. So, details like letters are bigger. On the other hand, the power consumption is lower with small screen diagonals and the devices are smaller, more lightweight and cheaper.
