New MagSafe accessories from Moment set your iPhone 12 up for Vlogging, photography

Apple’s MagSafe charging feature was always going to produce plenty of interesting after-market accessories and some of the first are starting to arrive. Moment is best known for making excellent premium add-on lenses for iPhones in particular, but also cases and other accessories. In this instance, its latest range of products are focused entirely around the magnet system that makes Apple’s MagSafe charging system work.

Although Moment’s new range of cases and mounts are for the iPhone 12 range, they are not officially sanctioned "Made for iPhone" accessories. Instead Moment is using its own "MForce" branding, which is fair enough as the company is only choosing to connect to the magnetic component that makes MagSafe charging possible -- none of its accessories are charging or power oriented.

The MForce accessory range from Moment includes MagSafe-compatible cases that support Qi wireless charging (as well as Moment’s lenses) and are priced at US$50. There are two MForce tripod mounts that work in both portrait and landscape mode -- the basic mount costs US$40 while the Pro tripod mount adds a cold shoe for attaching accessories like microphones or lights and retails for US$50. There is also a specialized cold shoe mount for US$30, a car vent mount for US$30 and a wall mount for US$20.
