Thanks to the new 7 nm EUV manufacturing process, the Exynos 9825 is expected to match and even surpass Qualcomm's Snapdragon 855. The exact core clocks for the new SoC will be revealed with the launch inf the galaxy Note 10. Due to it not integrating a 5G modem or LPDDR5 support, the Exynos 9825 is definitely not a new generation chip, and more like a revision of the original Exynos 9820.
