A typically well-informed leaker has shared renders of this year's Apple Watch refreshes. Billed as the Watch Series 8 and the Watch Extreme Edition, the pair are expected to arrive with flat chassis and flat displays, both significant changes for the Apple Watch Series that were expected to debut with the Watch Series 7.

A supposed AMD Ryzen 7000 “Raphael” price list has surfaced on Weibo, which also offers some scant details about the SKU designations and even core/thread count for the top-end part. Volkswagen has finally announced a date on which pre-sales for the ID. Buzz and Buzz Cargo will begin. The first-gen electric mini-bus will be available to configure and order later in May 2022, albeit in European countries such as Germany to start off with. Acer has revealed the ConceptD 500, a stylish desktop PC packed with powerful components. Launching in September, the ConceptD will be available with a choice of NVIDIA GPUs, up to a 12th Gen Intel Core i9 processor and 128 GB of DDR4 RAM.

Acer has announced the Swift 3 OLED (SF314-71), a 14-inch laptop with a 2.8K OLED panel that also has a 90 Hz refresh rate. The new Swift 3 comes with up to a Core i7-12650H too, a 45 W processor from Intel's Alder Lake-H series. The Acer Swift 3 OLED (SF314-71) will be available in multiple markets, including the US, where it starts at US$899.99.

Acer has announced the Spin 3 (SP314-55/N), which will be available from June in Europe, but not until August in the US. The Spin 3 (SP314-55/N) comes with a 14-inch touchscreen, Intel Alder Lake processors and supports Acer's Active Stylus.

Acer has introduced the SP514-51N, an updated Spin 5 powered by Intel Alder Lake processors. The Spin 5 will be available with a 2.5K display, Thunderbolt 4 ports and will start at US$1,349.99 when it launches in July.

A new 83-in (~211 cm) model of the Bang & Olufsen Beovision Harmony TV has been revealed. The device has the same features as the existing range, including the distinctive gliding door design. Lenovo has unveiled the YOGA 7000 smart projector in China. The gadget has LED light technology and an 8K decoder. Features of the device include sensorless autofocus and smart obstacle avoidance. The product will be officially launched later this month when it is also reported to go on sale.

HP has announced a refreshed Omen 16. The 2022 Omen 16 sports the same chassis design as last year's version but now comes with Intel Alder Lake-H and Ryzen 6000H CPU options. Also available are GPU options up to a 150 W RTX 3070 Ti and, for the first time, a Radeon RX 6650M.

Huawei has introduced the Band 7 in Europe, a fitness tracker that it already sells in China. The Huawei Band 7 will retail for €59 in the Eurozone, matching its predecessor's launch price. The Band 7 offers up to 14 days of battery life and comes pre-loaded with 96 sports modes, among other features.

Asus and Noctua have joined forces yet again to launch the Asus GeForce RTX 3080 Noctua Edition with the promise of considerably quieter and cooler operation. Huawei has unveiled the Mate Xs 2 in Europe, the successor to not only the Mate Xs, but also to the Mate X2. Equipped with a Snapdragon 888 4G chipset, the Mate Xs 2 has a 7.8-inch OLED display that folds around its chassis to form a smaller 6.5-inch panel. Huawei has released the Watch GT 3 Pro outside China. As expected, the smartwatch comes in a new all-titanium variant that Huawei restricts to its larger 46.6 mm case size. The Watch GT 3 Pro features plenty of health tracking features within HarmonyOS 2 and joins the Mate Xs 2 at today's hardware event.

Huawei has announced the Watch FIT 2, a fitness tracker with a 1.74-inch AMOLED display, numerous exercise modes and GPS connectivity. The Watch FIT 2 will start at €149.99 and will be available in three styles, which Huawei bills as the Active, Classic and Elegant editions. In comparison, the Watch FIT 2 Elegant Edition will retail for €229.99 in the Eurozone.
