Acer debuted its high-end Predator X32 FP and Predator X32 gaming monitors earlier this year. Now, the company has unveiled a smaller 27-inch variant called the Predator XB273K LV that also cuts down on some specs. However, its €849 (US$893) price tag puts it within the reach of more gamers, especially at a time when the 4K 120 FPS experience will be a lot more accessible thanks to new graphics cards from Nvidia and AMD.
The Acer Predator XB273K LV features a 27-inch IPS LCD panel with UHD (3,840 x 2,160) resolution, a refresh rate of 160 Hz with AMD Freesync Premium support, 0.5 ms pixel response time (grey-to-grey), and delta E values lower than 1, making it ideal for gaming and content creation. The monitor is VESA DisplayHDR 600, and TÜV Rheinland Eyesafe certified.
Other Acer Predator XB273K LV specs include two HDMI 2.1 ports, one USB Type-C port and a KVM switch, which allows users to use one keyboard/mouse with multiple systems. There are four USB Type-A ports, too along with four USB-B ports. The gaming monitor will be available for purchase in North America, China and EMEA regions in Q3, 2022.
