Lenovo's flagship 14-inch laptop with Intel Ice Lake is several hundred dollars off this week. If you don't want to wait two more months for the new 7 nm AMD Ryzen laptops, then now would be a good time to grab a high-end Ultrabook sporting Intel 10th gen CPUs.

The Lenovo ThinkPad E15 does not only get extremely hot in our review, it also suffers from throttling. An overall problematic situation that makes us question the purpose of the AMD GPU in here.

The AMD Ryzen 5 variant of the new Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 seems all but confirmed in a new listing on a Swedish online PC retail site. This company claims to have SKUs of this notebook with the Ryzen 5 4600H processor in stock. It also now offers the TUF Gaming FA506 with a choice of 2 different NVIDIA GeForce cards.

The Surface Go 2 has been spotted again, confirming previous rumours about the upcoming tablet. Rumoured to be launching this season, Microsoft will equip the device with at least Intel Core m3-8100Y and Pentium Gold 4425Y processors. 3DMark has not confirmed this time whether LTE options are on their way, but it is doubtful that at least relatively new processors are, at any rate.

Lenovo may continue to advertise the ThinkPad X1 Gen 2 with a GeForce GTX 1650 GPU in many regions, but that is simply not the case. While the device's GPU has always performed like a GTX 1650 Max-Q, an NVIDIA driver update confirms that this is the case.

There are indications that Asus may incorporate Zen 2-based APUs besides the Ryzen 7 4800HS in the new ROG Zephyrus G14 notebook. They include the 9 4900HS-based variant, which has been listed by a Danish e-tailer - as has the also-rumored 5 4600HS SKU. Although Microsoft has already taken the wraps off its forthcoming Xbox Series X console, it hasn’t been completely clear from renders of the console exactly what its dimensions are. For home theater enthusiasts this could be a potential issue, but Microsoft has now cleared that up, albeit in a rather unorthodox manner.

With 900 million devices running Windows 10 back in late September 2019, it was quite obvious that Microsoft would reach the next milestone this year. Yesterday, the Redmond giant announced that "over one billion people have chosen Windows 10 across 200 countries resulting in more than one billion active Windows 10 devices."

The Samsung Galaxy Book Ion raised some interest at SDC19 and CES 2020 as it purported to offer a QLED display in a more mid-range laptop. However, nothing had been heard about it in the US since then. Now, a listing with a USD price for this notebook has appeared on a retail website.
