A new announcement trailer for Age of Empires III: Definitive Edition has been shared as part of the Gamescom event. The remastered game now boasts of 4K graphics and features two additional civilizations for RTS fans to get to grips with. Age of Empires III: Definitive Edition will be released on October 15 priced at US$19.99/£14.99/€19.99.

Details about new OnePlus devices have started surfacing, especially in regard to what may become a OnePlus Nord successor and the so-called OnePlus Aurora smartphone that might make its way to US shores. Some alleged information about a potential OnePlus Nord 2, including price and processor, has also been shared.

According to OEM slides obtained by German website HardwareLUXX, AMD's upcoming Zen 3-based EPYC Milan server CPUs will offer up to a 20% increase over the current Zen 2-based EPYC Rome CPUs. Milan CPUs may also reorganize the L3 cache on the chip, allowing for all 32 MB of L3 cache to be shared between all cores rather than splitting the L3 cache into two 16 MB segments.

DJI has unveiled the Osmo Mobile 4, which it is now marketing as the DJI OM 4. The motorised gimbal connects to smartphones by magnets, a change from the grip that its predecessor used. The DJI OM 4 retails for US$149 or £139 in the UK and is orderable today.

The Taiwanese foundries are already building a new R&D center for 2 nm technologies and beyond in Hsinchu, which should be ready some time in 2021. There is even a video showcasing the two features, cementing the validity of the leak somewhat. The iPhone 12 Pro Max will be the first iPhone to support either technology.

Intel has been emphasizing the need to move away from traditional benchmarks for quite some time now.
