The Xiaomi Mi 9T was released back in June last year. There's been little to no news about a Mi 10T or a direct successor, but that has now changed, with a new leak giving a good look at the upcoming Mi 10T Pro ahead of launch.
As shared by tipster Abhishek Yadav on Twitter, the Mi 10T Pro will feature a 144 Hz display. There have been numerous rumors about Xiaomi phones with 144 Hz displays, so this shouldn't come as a surprise. It'll be more interesting to see if the Mi 10T Pro keeps the AMOLED-type panel from the Mi 9T series, however.
At the back of the Mi 10T Pro will be what seems like a quad-rear camera setup. The main camera is said to be a 108 MP sensor, likely the same sensor on the Mi Note 10 and Mi 10 phones. We expect an ultra-wide-angle shooter, telephoto, and macro lens to complete the lineup. Power will be gotten from a 5000 mAh battery.
We don't expect the regular Mi 10T to differ significantly from the Mi 10T Pro. Perhaps the 108 MP sensor will be replaced by the 64 MP sensor on the Redmi K30 Pro, with the non-Pro model to get a Snapdragon 700-series SoC versus the Mi 10T Pro's Snapdragon 865. This is all just speculation, however.
Launch is supposedly scheduled for September. We'll keep you updated.
