Xiaomi Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 Pro show premium appeal in WPC listing

Not too long ago we reported about a new set of earphones coming from Xiaomi that would include active noise cancellation (ANC), and now it seems another Mi product will offer the much-desired technology. The Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 Pro have been revealed in a WPC filing, and according to the well-known tipster Digital Chat Station, these will feature active noise reduction (ANR).

The Xiaomi Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 Pro is a different product to the “Mi Active Noise Cancelling Wireless Earphones” as the former has the model number TWSEJ09WM and the latter has the model number LYXQEJ05WM. Along with the part number, the WPC listing also mentions that the Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 Pro can receive a maximum power via wireless charging of 1.5 watts.

The black Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 Pro look slender and high-end (for Xiaomi Mi earphones at least). There appears to be a large sensor on the side of the bud that is likely for touch controls, and the charging case has an LED on the front and a hardware button on the side. One source has predicted a price for the Xiaomi Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 Pro: €75 (around US$89/£67). Considering the prices for the Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 Basic (€39.99/£39.99), it seems like a reasonable estimate for the Pro variant.
