The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti appears by the dozen with 12 GB of GDDR6X VRAM in new EEC submission; Gigabyte preparing to release a CMP 30HX mining card too

Gigabyte has registered new GeForce RTX 3080 Ti SKUs with the EEC, following NVIDIA's GPU and VRAM changes. The GeForce RTX 3080 Ti is expected to arrive in May with 12 GB of GDDR6X VRAM, but it seems that Gigabyte has its eyes set on releasing a CMP 30HX crypto mining card, too.

The Sony PlayStation 5 is unable to display SDR content correctly

The Sony PlayStation 5 outputs all content in HDR by default, even if games or videos do not support a higher dynamic range. There are some situations where one may want to disable HDR though, but it turns out that Sony's latest console struggles with displaying the correct colours when set to SDR.
