AMD is not yet done with the Ryzen 5000 family with the Zen 3 desktop APUs likely next in line to make an official appearance. We have reported on numerous leaks over the last months in regard to Ryzen 5000G Cezanne parts, from benchmark visits to eBay listings, and now thanks to momomo_us we have some key specifications for three upcoming APUs. While we have already heard about the Ryzen 3 5300G and Ryzen 7 5700G, this is a first apparent look at the Ryzen 5 5600G.
Starting at the entry-level offering, the 4-core, 8-thread AMD Ryzen 3 5300G has a 4.0 GHz base clock and can reach rates of 4.2 GHz. Additionally, the Zen 3 desktop APU also has 8 MB L3 cache, and it is expected to have a 65 W TDP and a potential price tag of around US$150. The newcomer part, the 6-core, 12-thread AMD Ryzen 5 5600G, delivers rates of 3.9 GHz to 4.4 GHz and has 16 MB L3 cache. Also with a likely 65 W TDP, Wccftech reckons on a price of about US$250 for the Ryzen 5 5600G.
Last but not least, the AMD Ryzen 7 5700G packs a punch with 8 cores, 16 threads, and 16 MB L3 cache. Clock rates are reported at a base of 3.8 GHz going right up to a maximum boost rate of 4.6 GHz. A 65 W TDP is mentioned once more along with a price tag in the region of US$350. As for the integrated graphics component of these Zen 3 Cezanne Ryzen 5000G desktop APUs, it seems possible that Vega 5, Vega 7, and Vega 8 iGPU models could be used, although this is just speculation at the present time.
