Way too expensive! VAIO, the former PC division of Sony, is back to disrupt the market, or at least attempt to do so. One of its comeback devices is the VAIO A12, a 12.5-inch convertible that may have a tough time justifying its lofty price. The end of the X200. In the times of thinner bezels around bigger screens, even the business sector can not stand still. That is why Lenovo increases the size of its smallest ThinkPad from 12.5 to 13.3-inch. Is the new Lenovo ThinkPad X390 a worthy successor of the classical ThinkPad X200 series?

It keeps getting better. The 13.9-inch ZenBook S13 UX392 is the closest thing you can get to a Dell XPS 14 with even faster graphics performance than what the XPS 13 currently has to offer. Aside from a couple of head-scratching omissions, there's very little to dislike about Asus' latest flagship Ultrabook.

Ryzen in a business suit. HP's ProBook 445 G6 offers a powerful AMD APU, decent input devices, and a fast NVMe SSD. Unfortunately the display Hewlett Packard selected was very dim.

Thin is in. "Make it thin and light." This is probably what the engineers at MSI heard when being given the task of creating the MSI GF75 8RD. And the result is: thin and light. But how does the flyweight gamer fare under full load? After all, the MSI GF75 is not made for office work. It is directed at the gaming community. Can the thin MSI keep up with the high demands of gaming or might this design have taken its toll on the laptop's abilities?

The comeback. Vaio is back! After a few years in which the former Sony PC business operated almost solely on the Japanese market, the well known PC brand returns to Western markets. Tablet recycling? Chinese devices tend to be cheaper than their more established competitors and are generally catching up on quality too. The Chuwi Hi10 Air is certainly cheap but is basically the same device as the Hi10 Pro, which is almost three years old. Nevertheless, a €200 (~US$223) convertible could still be a bargain and is worth a look regardless, even if some of its components are now a few years old.
