Ultrabook-gaming hybrid. The Zenbook 15 is one of the very few laptops equipped with an Intel U-series CPU and a GTX 1650 Max-Q GPU for an impressive level of gaming performance relative to the compact chassis size. It strikes an excellent balance between the portability and long runtimes of a traditional Ultrabook while offering enough GPU power to play the latest games at 1080p. ScreenPad 2.0 looks crisper and feels smoother than before, but its associated price premium remains a tough sell.

The changing business display. With the Dell Latitude 7200 2-in-1, the Texan manufacturer has a competitor for Microsoft's Surface Pro 6 on the market. Especially corporate customers should be impressed with features such as built-in LTE. The design-related instability of the keyboard represents the biggest disadvantage of this Dell laptop.

New Features, Old Technology. While EA has added a new game mode called Volta to FIFA 20, the latest game in the FIFA franchise remains based on the same engine that underpinned its predecessor. EA has made one change though, which forces FIFA 20 to run in DirectX 12. The low price is the biggest plus. Lenovo has polished the chassis of the V155 a bit and put cheap, but also game-ready hardware into the 15-inch case. The result is the IdeaPad L340 Gaming, which has a price of less than 800 Euros (~$872). Of course, there is no high-end gaming here. Image quality vs. battery life. The standard 1080p display in the ThinkPad T590 wasn't able to convince us in our review. Fortunately, Lenovo offers an optional 4K matte display that provides excellent image quality. However, you have to accept a loss in battery life in exchange.

Too expensive. The PhilBook Max is a 14.1 inch convertible for just over 400 euros. The equipment is fine, but the manufacturer XIDU unfortunately relies on a dark display and a slow Celeron processor.
