The first all-AMD model from the Asus TUF Gaming lineup features a USB4 port - something that is currently offered only on a handful of premium models. An unannounced Radeon RX 7700S dGPU is also packed along with AMD's latest Zen 4 mobile APUs up to a Ryzen 9 7940HS. Display options include 2560 x 16000 240 Hz and 1920 x 1200 165 Hz IPS screens.

With a maximum TGP of 140 W and up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 mobile graphics, the updated Asus TUF Gaming A15 and A17 laptops come with up to AMD Ryzen 9 Zen 4 processors, 32 GB DDR5-4800 memory, and 2 TB PCIe 4.0 SSD storage. Their display features G-SYNC support and refresh rates between 144 Hz and 240 Hz.

ASUS has presented a new Zenbook 14X OLED, building on last year's Intel Alder Lake-powered model. While there is no AMD model, the Zenbook 14X OLED has received Raptor Lake processor options, as well as a more powerful NVIDIA RTX GPU.

ASUS has introduced a new version of the Zenbook Pro 16X OLED. Now offered with powerful Intel Raptor Lake processors, the new Zenbook Pro 16X OLED also has a larger trackpad than its predecessor and a 120 Hz display, among other changes.

ASUS has announced the Chromebook Vibe CX34 Flip, a 14-inch convertible Chromebook marketed for cloud gaming. Available later this year from €799 in the Eurozone, the Chromebook Vibe CX34 Flip has a 144 Hz display and up to 10 hours of battery life, among other features.

MSI has announced the Creator Z17 HX and Creator Z16 HX laptops with a 16-inch QHD+ (16:10) touch-enabled screen, up to 64 GB of DDR5 5,400 RAM and GeForce RTX 4000 graphics cards. The former's price starts at US$2,999 and the latter at US$2,899.

MSI has officially announced the Stealth 17 Studio laptop for gamers and creators. It can be configured with up to an Intel Core i9-13900H, GeForce RTX 4090 and 64 GB of DDR5 5,200 memory. It will go on sale in February starting at US$2,799.

OnePlus has debuted its second-gen Buds Pro today (January 4, 2023) as TWS earbuds that step up to spatial audio and Dynaudio co-branding for the first time. They also have active noise cancellation (ANC) touted as significantly improved compared to that of their predecessors, not to mention Bluetooth 5.3 and up to 39 hours of battery life. However, it is possible that one might need to pair them with a new 11 flagship smartphone to get the best out of the new TWS earbuds.

OnePlus has made the 11 official in China, with an international debut on the way in early 2023. Its potential global fans can expect an "elegant" flagship Android smartphone with an OIS-enhanced 50MP main rear camera and a 6.7-inch OLED display with updated LTPO technology. Qualcomm has arrived at the Las Vegas Convention Center to highlight the current and ongoing role of its Snapdragon Ride Platforms as prominent automotive processing solutions. This involves a debut for the inaugural Ride Flex SoC, a new way to put automated driving (AD) and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) on the same chip. Among the new devices is the ROG Strix SCAR 17 (2023) which has now been upgraded with a high-end Ryzen 9 7000 Zen 4 CPU and up to a GeForce RTX 4090 mobile GPU.

ASUS has introduced a new 27-inch gaming monitor for those after a fast OLED panel. Announced as the ROG Swift OLED PG27AQDM, the monitor combines a 240 Hz refresh rate with a 2.5K resolution and 1,000 nits of peak brightness, among other features.

Asus has revamped its ROG Strix G series at CES 2023 with the new ROG Strix G16 and ROG Strix G18. These laptops are powered by Intel's latest Raptor Lake-HX CPUs up to the Core i9-13980HX and up to a 175 W Nvidia RTX 4090 Laptop GPU. These hardware changes are complemented by a revamped Tri-Fan cooling system for improved thermal performance.

The Alienware m16 has officially broken cover with 16-inch QHD+/FHD+ displays with a 16:10 aspect ratio, up to a Core i9-13900HX, and next-gen GeForce RTX 40 /AMD Radeon graphics. The notebook measures 289.9 x 368.9 x 25.4 mm. Furthermore, the laptop features an 86 Whr battery that can be charged with a bundled 330 W adapter.

ASUS has upgraded the ROG Flow Z13, its 13.4-inch gaming 2-in-1. Now available with up to an Intel Core i9-13900H, the ROG Flow Z13 (2023) also contains an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 GPU and a 2.5K display with a 165 Hz refresh rate, which are all powered by a 56 Wh battery.

Asus has announced three new gaming desktops, the ROG Strix G22CH, G16CH and G13CH. All three are configurable with 13th-gen Intel Raptor Lake processors. Apart from the ROG Strix G13CH, both SKUs support Nvidia's RTX 40 series graphics card. Their prices and availability will be revealed later.

The most outstanding upgrade for this year's Zephyrus Duo 16 laptops is the Mini LED screen with superior black levels, 2560 x 1600 resolution and 240 Hz refresh rate. Asus also refreshed the configurations with AMD's latest Ryzen 7000 mobile processors and Nvidia GPUs up to an RTX 4090 mobile dGPU with 165 W TGP.

Packing a 16-inch QHD 240 Hz Nebula Display that uses a Mini-LED panel with over 1,000 dimming zones, the new Asus ROG Zephyrus G16 sports an Intel Core i9-13900H processor alongside up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 mobile graphics with a MUX Switch and NVIDIA Advanced Optimus. Pricing and availability depend on the market.

Capable of running 25 W higher than last year's model, the updated Asus ROG Zephyrus M16 is built around the Intel Core i9-13900H processor and the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 laptop GPU. It features a 16-inch QHD Mini-LED Nebula HDR display and is the first device of its size to use the ROG AniMe Matrix LED lighting array.

ASUS has introduced the ROG Zephyrus G14 (2023), an AMD Zen 4 and RTX 40 series upgrade for the company's 14-inch gaming laptop. Offered with a choice of three displays, the new ROG Zephyrus G14 also has plenty of ports and up to 32 GB of DDR5 RAM, among other features.

Dell has launched the Alienware x16 at CES 2023 with Intel Raptor Lake-H and Nvidia RTX 40 Laptop GPU options up to the RTX 4090. The Alienware x16 embodies the new Legend 3.0 design language and features Dolby Vision displays, an optional CherryMX mechanical keyboard, and vapor chamber cooling for the high-end SKUs with RTX 4080 and RTX 4090.

Nvidia has announced the mobile versions of its Ada Lovelace-based RTX 4000 graphics cards. The GeForce RTX 4070, RTX 4060 and RTX 4050 will supposedly deliver GeForce RTX 3080-class performance while consuming a third of the power. Gaming laptops featuring the GPUs will be available starting February 22 at US$999.

Alienware x14 R2 has landed on the gaming notebook scene with the 13th gen Raptor Lake mobile CPUs and up to Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 graphics. The laptop retains the aesthetic Alienware’s x-series notebooks are known for while packing an improved display. Additionally, the machine features the Alienware X series 1-Zone keyboard with AlienFX per-key RGB.

Dell is re-introducing the 18-inch form factor with the Alienware m18. The Alienware m18 comes in both Intel/Nvidia and all-AMD options while offering a choice between QHD+ 165 Hz and FHD 480 Hz displays. Buyers can also configure the Alienware m18 with a CherryMX keyboard and up to 9 TB of quad-storage configurations.

Gigabyte has announced two new high-end gaming laptops, the Aorus 17X and Aorus 15X. Both feature 240 Hz QHD screens, a 13th-generation Intel Alder Lake processor, up to an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4090 and a 99 Wh battery.

Dell has revealed the UltraSharp U3224KB 32-inch IPS monitor with a 6K resolution. With an integrated webcam and two speakers, Dell is marketing the display to professionals who need a quality screen for work and video conferencing. The monitor also has plenty of ports in both the front and the back providing robust connectivity options.

Intel has officially unveiled the 65 and 35 W Raptor Lake desktop SKUs. The lineup includes the Core i9, Core i7, Core i5, and Core i3 processors with and without integrated GPUs. Among the announced chips, the Core i9-13900 is the most expensive at US$549, while the Core i3-13100F is the cheapest at US$109.

Intel has updated its low-power CPU lineup with a host of new CPUs. The P series is spearheaded by the Intel Core i7-1370P and the U series by the Intel Core i7-1365U. The former has a TDP of 28 Watts and the latter 15 Watts and both use a hybrid design with performance and efficiency cores.

Intel officially unveiled the Raptor Lake-HX and Raptor Lake-H mobile CPU lineup at CES 2023. Led by the Core i9-13980HX, Raptor Lake-HX promises significant gains in multi-core performance compared to corresponding Alder Lake-HX and the Ryzen 6900HX. Intel is also introducing its Movidius VPU as part of select Raptor Lake-H offerings for accelerating AI tasks at the edge.

MediaTek has introduced a new addition to the Genio family of internet of things- (IoT) specific platform at CES 2023. Xiaomi's main sub-brand Redmi has kicked the new year off with sales of the 12C in China. Its main features are far from anything new, although they come in an eye-catching new chassis in four potentially appealing colors. It starts at around US$100, albeit for lackluster specs, the best of which are a large battery, a 3.5mm jack and a 50MP main rear camera, and the worst of which one would not think would even have a place in 2023.

Apple has unveiled a new limited edition of the second-generation AirPods Pro in China, themed after the transition from the Year of the Tiger (2022) to that of the Rabbit (2023). The TWS earbuds' case come with an appropriately-themed engraving, which is also picked out on their retail box. They are available on the OEM's Store from now.

iQOO has made its last new smartphone of the year official today (December 29, 2022).
