Pitaka describes itself as the "No.1 Aramid Phone Case Brand", having started in the line of accessories back in 2014, and has wasted no time applying its apparent expertise to the freshly Unpacked Galaxy S-series devices.
The MagEZ Case 4 series has variants for the Galaxy S24, S24+ and S24 Ultra, and is rated to protect either fresh new handset with "cutting-edge" aramid fiber-integration technology. Nevertheless, Pitaka asserts that the case will add a "Thin yet Tough" look to either new smartphone, even though each one has an inbuilt ring to support MagSafe-style holders, chargers or wallets.
Nevertheless, each MagEZ Case 4 has a "camera lip" that rises around the ever-present lens rings of each Galaxy S24 variant to be flush with the rest of the case's back panel. Furthermore, that part of the accessory is made of recycled Kevlar, thus helping to alleviate Pitaka's environmental impact.
Then again, all of that new peace of mind (and bragging rights) do not come cheap. The MagEZ Case 4s for the Samsung Galaxy S24 series starts at $69.99 on Amazon, to be made available as the new premium smartphones' launch concludes.
The case is made to fit either the ~6.1-inch Galaxy S24, the ~6.6-inch S24+ or ~6.8-inch S24 Ultra listings have options of getting the case in either a neutral Black/Gray, or in a custom Pitaka pattern finished in a Sunset (mostly orange/yellow) colorway, with a final Moonrise (blue) alternative that might become available later.
