New iHeal Ring 2 smart ring offers various health features and three designs at an affordable price
At the end of last year, Kospet released its first iHeal smart ring. The manufacturer is now introducing another model: the iHeal Ring 2, which is not only visually different from the first model, but also offers slightly slimmed-down features at a lower price.
The new smart ring is currently on offer directly from the manufacturer for $99.99, making the new model $60 cheaper than the first iHeal Ring. Shipping is available to many countries and shipping costs are calculated in the order process.
The new iHeal Ring 2 is available in three different designs/colors: silver, gold and black, which is intended to appeal to both men and women. It is made of ceramic and stainless steel, is 2.8 mm thin, weighs around 2.9 g, and is available in eight different sizes from 16.5 mm to 22.3 mm.
The cheaper iHeal Ring 2 does not offer supposed blood pressure monitoring like the first model. On the other hand, sensors for 24/7 monitoring of heart rate and blood oxygen levels are on board. There is also sleep tracking and a whole range of sports modes. Thanks to IP68 certification, the iHeal Ring 2 can also be worn during water sports and is waterproof up to 1000 m.
The tracking results can be viewed on the smartphone via the app. Additionally, the iHeal Ring 2 can be used to control the smartphone camera: photos are triggered by certain hand gestures. The manufacturer specifies the battery life, powered by the Dialo DA14531 chip, as up to 10 days in normal use and up to 60 days in standby mode.
