Reputedly, Microsoft is planning to introduce a next-generation Surface Laptop Go this season, but with only minor changes from the current model. Details about the Surface Laptop Go 2's specifications and prices have leaked so far, including that it will start with a 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB memory configuration.

The AMD Radeon RX 6600M is an entry-level card in HP's gaming laptop. In the Omen, it meets an unrestrained Ryzen 7 that shows what it is capable of. The system looks convincing in combination with the QHD display, even if the weaknesses cannot be ignored.

Lambda, a company known for building deep learning-focused PCs, and Razer have teamed up to release a new version of the Tensorbook, a slim laptop with machine learning chops. The notebook is packed to the gills with hardware designed for AI development, comes preinstalled with lots of Lambda's software, and has some solid gaming capabilities.

The Inspiron 15 3505 shines with low noise levels, slots for two storage drives, and a moderate price. The installed Ryzen 5 APU does not reach its full potential. The battery life is poor.

Dynabook has unveiled the Portégé X40-K, a 14-inch laptop powered by 28 W processors. The Portégé X40-K also has more upgrade and configuration options than most laptops, in part thanks to its SO-DIMM RAM. The Portégé X40-K has other tricks up its sleeve too, including two Thunderbolt 4 ports.

The first 3DMark leaks of the Arc A350M GPU indicate that Intel's entry-level GPU is off to a decent start with good gains over the Radeon 680M, Nvidia MX450, Iris Xe Max, and even the GTX 1650 Max-Q. Dell is offering the Precision 3570 and Precision 3571 with Intel Alder Lake and new Nvidia workstation GPUs. The Precision 3570 features Alder Lake-P and Nvidia RTX A500 while the Precision 3571 offers Alder Lake-H and up to the Nvidia RTX A2000 GPU. Both models offer up to UHD displays and support for up to 64 GB DDR5-4800 RAM.

GPD has started selling the P2 Max 2022, some three months after it unveiled the machine. The P2 Max 2022 comes with a 2.5K display, an Intel Jasper Lake processor and 16 GB of RAM, but at quite the cost. The P2 Max 2022 builds on the original P2 Max, which GPD launched in 2019.

Dell has officially unveiled the Precision 5570 laptop. It features an Intel Core i9-12900HK processor, Nvidia RTX A2000 graphics card, up to 64 GB of 4,800 MT/s RAM, a 4 TB NVMe SSD, and an 86 Wh battery. Dell will unveil its price once its April 2022 launch window approaches.

Dell has unveiled the Latitude 5330, the entry-level option in its new Latitude 5000 series. The Latitude 5330 features 15 W Intel Alder Lake processors, soldered RAM and 16:9 display options, along with a choice between laptop and 2-in-1 form factors.

Dell has showcased the Latitude 5430, one of three Latitude 5000 machines that the company has revealed today. Only available as a 14-inch machine, the Latitude 5430 features modern Intel processors but with an older design that has 16:9 displays.

Dell has announced the Latitude 5530, the largest Latitude 5000 machine revealed today. The Latitude 5530 is also the only member of the Latitude 5000 series with 28 W processors, a 4K display and an optional dedicated GPU.

Dell is now offering an upgraded Latitude 9430 in both 2-in-1 and laptop form factors. The Latitude 9430 is more of an incremental upgrade to last year's Latitude 9420 and now comes with Intel 12th gen processors up to Core i7 vPro, LPDDR5-5200 RAM, and Wi-Fi 6E. The Latitude 9430 is designed to conform to Intel Evo 3.0 platform specifications.

The Dell Precision 5770 is a large 17-inch business laptop configurable with an Intel Core i9-12900H, Nvidia RTX A3000, 64 GB RAM, a 97 Wh battery and four Thunderbolt 4.0 ports. It will hit shelves sometime in April 2022.

The Latitude 7330, 7430 and 7530 are Dell's newest thin and light laptops. They feature Intel Alder Lake-U (15 W) processors, a 16:9 screen with FHD resolution, and a wide selection of ports. Depending on the model, prices range between US$1,899 and US$2,023.

The Legion 5i Pro 16 is a very good gaming laptop for 2100 Euros. It offers plenty of gaming performance for the QHD resolution with the GeForce RTX 3070 Ti. There are no real drawbacks, except for the loud fan noise.

Samsung has unveiled the Galaxy Chromebook 2 360, which will be available from the middle of April. The Chromebook will start at £419 but comes with optional LTE connectivity and 128 GB of storage for an £80 surcharge. The Galaxy Chromebook 2 360 has a 2.5K and 350 nit display, too.

Can a 100 W GeForce RTX 3070 beat a 140 W GeForce RTX 3060? Apparently not. Buying a gaming laptop these days can be harder than it needs to be when performance between different GPUs often overlap.
