Besides the powerful Ryzen 7 7840HS processor with integrated Radeon 780M graphics featuring 12 RDNA 3 CUs and an XDNA AI engine, the Legion Slim 5 on sale comes with 16 GB of DDR5-56000 RAM (upgradeable) and a 1 TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD.
