Springtime is survey time! For the sixth time in a row, we are conducting our annual service and support survey. What kind of experience have you had with notebook and phone repair services in the past 12 months?

People usually rely on customer reviews when they are looking for information regarding the quality of services provided by a particular company. You will find dozens of such reviews on various forums – some are written by irate users, whilst others sing the praises of certain manufacturers. Companies sometimes also like to deck themselves out with a whole host of awards whose criteria are hardly transparent to customers. This is why we continue to go the way of reader surveys, with the goal of gathering as many reviews as possible in a standardised format so that we can analyse them.

We invite all users who have had experience with the service and support of a manufacturer in the last 12 months to participate in the survey. This applies to the use of phone support as well as repairs attempted or performed by the company, regardless of the scope of service (i.e. pick-up, bring-in or on-site service). We kindly ask all participants to complete the following questionnaire carefully. We will provide our readers with the results for free. As always, the survey is anonymous and doesn't require registration.
