Moore's Law Is Dead leaks AD106 and AD107 die shots complete with size and starting price estimates. The new chips appear to be significantly smaller than their previous gen counterparts, but this is to be expected from GPUs produced on TSMC's N4 nodes. Price points seem a bit too high, however.

The Samsung Galaxy Book3 Ultra is now official. Key specs include a Core i9-13900HK processor, GeForce RTX 4070 graphics card, 32 GB RAM, 1 TB storage and a 16-inch 3K 120 Hz 16:10 AMOLED screen. It is up for pre-order and will go on sale starting February 17.

Samsung has officially unveiled the Galaxy Book3 Pro 360 at Unpacked 2023. It features 13th-generation Intel Raptor Lake-P processors, up to 32 GB LPDDR5 RAM, 1 TB storage, a 76 Wh battery and S-Pen support for its AMOLED screen. One can pre-order the laptop now starting at €1,799.

After having introduced the new Alienware x16 powered by Intel Raptor Lake-H at CES 2023, Dell is now offering what it calls the "world's most premium gaming laptop" with a choice of several AMD Ryzen 7000HS CPUs all the way up to the Ryzen 9 7940HS. The Alienware x16 can be configured with up to a 175 W Nvidia GeForce RTX 4090 Laptop GPU and is largely similar to its Intel counterpart save for differences in the WLAN card and port selection.

Dell has confirmed the GeForce RTX 4080-powered Alienware m18 will be purchasable on February 9 for US$2,599. Entry-level models will start at US$1,899 and will be available shortly after. Variants running AMD hardware will only launch in Q2, 2023.

Dell has revealed the sale date for the Alienware m16 gaming laptop. One can purchase its high-end variant with a GeForce RTX 4080 graphics card for US$2,599 on February 7. Affordable models start at US$1,899 and will be purchasable soon.

The ASUS Zenbook 14 OLED with 8 GB of LPDDR4X memory, 512 GB of NVMe storage, and a Ryzen 7 5825U is currently retailing for US$283 off on Amazon. Aside from the lack of user-upgradable memory, the notebook checks almost all the boxes, making it a worthy machine for office/productivity tasks.

Samsung is preparing to release the Galaxy Book3, which should join the Galaxy Book3 Pro and Galaxy Book3 Ultra at tomorrow's Galaxy Unpacked event. In the meantime, renowned leakers have provided details about Samsung's entry-level Galaxy Book3 series laptop, which will forgo Alder Lake-P processors and the Arc A350M discrete GPU for more efficient processors from Intel's new Raptor Lake-U series.

The 14-inch laptop from Huawei includes a Tiger Lake processor, brings an elegant metal case, produces only little noise, and offers a long battery life. At the time of our test, the whole package is available at a price point around 600 Euros (~$652).

Nex Computer introduced the NexDock Wireless, a new laptop dock that dispenses with the need to connect a smartphone via a wired connection. The NexDock Wireless will work with any smartphone that supports a desktop mode, such as the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S23 series.

The new Apple M2 Max and M2 Pro chips have become the latest chart champions in PassMark’s laptop CPU single-thread benchmark. The previous leader, the Apple M2, is pushed down to third, and it is just ahead of a trio of Alder Lake-HX parts. The M2 Max and M2 Pro produced decent results but still have to face-off against Intel’s Raptor Lake-HX mobile processors.
Update: Another M2 chip has appeared near the top of the chart.

A new leak has revealed the entire Galaxy Book3 series' prices in the French market. It ranges between €1,299.99 (US$1,413) for the entry-level Galaxy Book3 and €3,499.99 (US$3,805) for the Book3 Ultra. Samsung will unveil the laptops at its Unpacked event on February 1.

Press images of the Galaxy Book3 Pro, Galaxy Book3 Pro 360 and Galaxy Book3 360 have surfaced online. The trio will launch on February 1 during Samsung's next Galaxy Unpacked event, as will the Galaxy Book3 Ultra and the Galaxy S23 series.

The Galaxy Book3 Ultra is a few days away from launching. In the meantime, official pictures of the 16-inch laptop have leaked online, confirming its design and a few features, including its dedicated number pad. The Galaxy Book3 Ultra is expected to showcase Samsung's latest AMOLED display technology, too.

The Surface Pro is Microsoft's flagship convertible, and the ninth generation now offers Wi-Fi 6E and a leap in performance thanks to the Alder Lake CPU, but other features such as the optional LTE modem or the audio jack have been omitted. This doesn't make the device any better.

Lenovo has announced a refresh of the Yoga 13w Gen 2, a 13.3-inch convertible laptop that will be soon available with AMD Ryzen 7000 APUs. The Yoga 13w Gen 2 also has a 51 Wh battery, plenty of ports and a 16:10 aspect ratio, among other features.

Dell has discounted the high-end Alienware m17 R5 gaming laptop by 34%. One can buy it for as low as US$1,676.65 thanks to a discount and two stackable coupons.

Amazon US has discounted the LG Gram 17 (2022), a machine that is also known as Gram 17Z90Q. Typically, LG charges US$1,799.99 for the 17-inch and Intel Alder Lake-powered laptop, but Amazon US has dropped its price by 26%, a saving that takes over US$450 off its list price.

Samsung is finally moving its laptop series onto 16:10 displays. According to Samsung Display, some Galaxy Book3 series machines will offer the world's first OCTA panel for laptops, which will combine an AMOLED touchscreen display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and a 3K native resolution.

The RZ09-03148E02-R3U1 Razer Blade Pro 17 model arrived in 2019 with Intel Core i7-9750H and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Max-Q inside.
