HP launched the refreshed Pavilion Plus 14 laptop just last month, yet it can already be snagged for only $709.99 ($300 off list price) on the company's webstore when configured with a vibrant OLED display. Said panel measures 14 inches diagonally, has a resolution of 2,880 x 1,800, a 120 Hz maximum refresh rate, and up to 500 nits of brightness in HDR.
For that price, one gets an Intel Core Ultra 5 125H processor (14 cores, 18 threads) joined by 16 GB of soldered memory and a 512 GB NVMe SSD. However, users can also opt for a Core Ultra 7 155H (16 cores, 22 threads) paired with 32 GB of RAM for an extra $180.
Moving on to connectivity, there's one Thunderbolt 4 port (40 Gbps data rate, Displayport 2.1, Power Delivery), a 10 Gbps USB-C (Displayport 2.1, Power Delivery), a couple of USB-A ports (1x 10 Gbps + 1x 5 Gbps), HDMI 2.1, and a 3.5 mm audio combo jack. In addition, an Intel AX211 wireless card provides WiFi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 support.
