JSAUX FlipGo crowdfunding campaign passes $1,000,000 mark with less than 48 hours to go
JSAUX touts the FlipGo as the most versatile, productivity-friendly secondary (and also tertiary) portable external monitor around: claims that were largely borne out in our recent review. It also improves on the simple in-built stand options than the average stacked desktop display solution found on Amazon with a reliable magnetic system, and also has touchscreen options.
The OEM originally posted its DisplayPort-rated USB-C accessory on Kickstarter in order to gather 50,000 Hong Kong dollars, (HKD, or ~$6,390) for its mass production; however, this goal has now been exceeded by nearly $1,009,000, or by about 158 times this original figure.
The FlipGo is still available in some of its 13.5- or 16-inch variants on its crowdfunding page - although it is live for only 42 more hours at the time of writing. The OEM is confident that it will go to retail thereafter, albeit at up to 32% more at its oneday recommended retail prices.
