Philips Hue has released the Festavia Permanent Outdoor Lights in Europe. Already available in the US, these outdoor lights can throw white and colored lighting effects onto the walls of your home. This string light is cuttable and extendable, and can be linked to many of the brand’s other products.

The Xiaomi Mijia Three-Zone Washing Machine Pro (14 kg) has been released in China. Compared to its predecessor, each of the model three drums has a larger maximum capacity, allowing you to wash more items at once. Plus, it supports HyperOS Connect and can be remotely controlled via the brand’s app.

Xiaomi is now selling its Smart Camera C500 in two European countries, with a wider rollout expected in the near future. This is the brand’s first 6MP security camera, which is marketed with a 3.5K UHD resolution. Other features include an integrated gimbal stand for motion tracking and support for Amazon Alexa.

WiiM has introduced the Sound Lite, a compact display-free smart speaker positioned as a simpler alternative to the regular WiiM Sound. It supports hi-res playback, several wireless broadcasting standards and multi-room integration across the WiiM ecosystem.

A new Govee smart light, the Lantern Floor Lamp, appears to be on the way. Recently spotted in the database of the Connectivity Standards Alliance, this model is certified for Matter 1.3. According to the company, it will throw colorful lighting effects onto the walls of the room.

TCL has released the P series PlayCube Projector in the UK. This portable model, designed for home theaters, is already available in the US. The award-winning device has an unusual, twisting design, can throw images up to 150 inches wide, and is truly portable thanks to an integrated battery.

Vovo has extended what toilets can do with the Neo—a smart toilet that can monitor users for health problems. The toilet can also auto-open the lid, auto-flush after each use, clean bums with heated water, and deodorize the air.

Govee is working on a new smart indoor light, the Ceiling Light Ultra. Spotted on an official Govee website, as well as in another database, this model appears to share some similarities with the older Ceiling Light Pro. We already know some of its features, like support for the Matter smart home protocol.

IKEA has released the Bilresa Remote Control in the US. Currently available to purchase as an individual device, with a colorful multipack on the way, this is part of IKEA’s new wider range of smart home products, which support the Matter standard, for integration with third-party ecosystems.

Philips Hue’s app for iOS and Android has received another update. This relatively large release brings five new features to users of the brand’s smart home devices. One of these is the hotly anticipated multi-Bridge to Hue Bridge Pro migration process, and the other two are for Hue Secure customers.

Philips Hue users are receiving a new tool, which allows them to migrate multiple instances of the Hue Bridge to the Hue Bridge Pro in a single process. This hotly anticipated functionality is being rolled out in updates for the two versions of the Hue Bridge, as well as in a release for the Philips Hue app.

IKEA is now selling the new Timmerflotte Temperature/humidity sensor, smart, online and in some physical stores in the UK. This round Matter-compatible smart home device can be used to show data about the current environment. Users are able to cycle between the two measurements at the push of a button.

The Xiaomi Mijia Lightweight Vacuum Cleaner has been released in China. This model comes with two brushhead attachments, making it adaptable for various scenarios. Other features include a 110,000 rpm motor, with various power modes, and a five-stage filtration system.

Xiaomi has released a new smart refrigerator in China. The Mijia Refrigerator Pro Micro-Freshness Dual System Cross-Type 560L has both fridge and freezer compartments, with independent temperature controls. Plus, it offers smart features, including app-based controls and a “food alarm clock”.

Shelly has released a new smart sensor in various markets worldwide: the Wave Door/Window LR. This Z-Wave Long Range device can be used to detect if a window or door is open or closed, triggering an alert or another smart home device. This is a particularly compact, battery-powered model.

Four of IKEA’s new smart home sensors have been released at the brand’s online store in the US. Each of these products is Matter compatible, bringing a wide range of smart home integrations. They can be used to detect air quality, water leaks, motion and open windows and doors.

Details of some new Samsung TVs have been spotted on one of the brand’s official websites. These new QD-OLED and WOLED models could be released in 2026, alongside other recently leaked models. Details about the panels for the various sizes of each model have been revealed.

Xiaomi has released the Mijia Washer Dryer Set Pro in China. Both of the machines included in the set are smart home devices, which can be remotely controlled via the brand's app, and will integrate with its smart home ecosystem. Other features include super electrolysis cleaning technology and intelligent detergent dispensing.

The new Xiaomi Mi Home Air Conditioner Super Energy Saving 1.5 HP has arrived in China. This model features various upgrades over the original, including a higher airflow rate and an energy-saving algorithm. Plus, this HyperConnect device can integrate with the brand's smart home ecosystem, with remote controls available via the brand's app.

The Xiaomi Mi Home Air Conditioner Super Energy Saving 2HP and 3HP are now available to pre-order in China. These two models both offer heating and cooling, and can be remotely controlled via the brand’s app. Plus, each is said to be equipped with an energy-saving algorithm.

Roborock has released the new Qrevo Curv 2 Flow Robot Vacuum and Mop in the US and Australia. This is the brand’s first model to feature a roller mop, rather than vibrating or rotating mop pads. Other features include powerful suction power, a self-cleaning docking station and upcoming support for Matter.

Xiaomi has released a new version of the Mijia Smart Gas Water Heater 2 in China. The Waterfall Shower with Zero Cold Water (18L) version has a larger capacity and is said to support a high-pressure shower. It can be remotely controlled via the brand’s app, and HyperConnect allows it to be triggered by other smart home devices.

The Xiaomi Truclean W30 Pro Wet Dry Vacuum is officially available in several European countries. Compared with its predecessor, it introduces a range of new features, including a 180° flexible lie-flat design that allows the vacuum to easily clean under furniture.

According to a new leak, the Xiaomi 17 Ultra could be much closer to launch than expected. The flagship phone has now been rumored to be set to debut this month in China, potentially before Christmas, even.

New details about Sony's next Mini LED Smart TVs have emerged online. Split across Bravia 7 II and Bravia 9 II series, the six TVs are thought to span between 65-inches and 98-inches with up to 4,000 nits peak brightness at their disposal thanks to 15,000 local dimming zones.

Xiaomi has released the Xiaomi TV A Pro 2026 32 in Europe and other markets with Google TV and Google Assistant built in. Equipped with a QLED panel that supports HDR10 and HLG formats, the new 32-inch Smart TV also offers Dolby Audio, DTS-X, and DTS-Virtual audio processing with dual-band Wi-Fi and Ethernet for just €229 (~$267) in Europe.

The new IKEA smart home sensors, bulbs and remote controls are now available at the brand’s online stores in two more European countries. All of these products work with the IKEA Dirigera hub and support the Matter smart home protocol. The range includes a motion sensor, spotlight bulbs and a scroll wheel remote.

The Homey Pro Mini is now officially available in Europe. This slightly streamlined smart home hub still offers extensive networking options with Matter, Thread and Zigbee, and can also be expanded via the Homey Bridge if needed.

Dyson is now selling its new Spot+Scrub AI robot vacuum in Europe. Currently available in one country, and expected to roll out more widely in the coming weeks, this is the brand’s second robot vacuum. Features include powerful suction, a roller mopping system and a bagless self-cleaning docking station.

The Home Assistant 2025.12 release has arrived. This update brings new experimental features, which can be found under the recently added Home Assistant Labs area. Plus, real-time energy monitoring has been added to the energy dashboard, and there is a new Philips Hue integration.

Philips Hue has quietly pushed another smart lighting scene category to users of its smart lights. The Winter Holidays presets are the latest dynamic lighting effects to be added back to the brand’s app. There is a wide range of options, some of which are inspired by string lights and fireworks.

Since the release of Home Assistant iOS app version 2025.11.0, the company behind the open-source smart home automation software has released several minor updates. One of these brings new functionality for two of its widgets, with the others tackling a range of recent problems.

Roborock appears to be releasing the new Qrevo Curv 2 Flow robot vacuum and mop in the near future. This model, which is the first from the brand to feature a roller mopping system, is listed on the brand’s global website, and was also spotted at Amazon in Germany. As well as roller mopping, it also offers strong suction power and a self-cleaning dock.

The Jmgo O3 Ultra-Short Throw Projector is now available in China. This model shares many features with the older O2; however, the latest product is significantly brighter than its predecessor. Other features include various gaming modes, VRR and integrated speakers which support Dolby Atmos.

Govee’s upcoming Floor Lamp 3 has been leaked. Spotted in the database of the CSA, this new model is expected to be an upgraded version of the older Floor Lamp 2. So far, it has been confirmed that this device will offer ambient lighting effects, with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth and support for Matter.

Some of IKEA’s smart home products, including the Kajplats smart bulbs, the Timmerflotte temperature sensor and the Myggspray motion sensor, have been spotted in the brand’s physical stores in several European countries. All of these devices support Matter, meaning they will integrate with many smart home ecosystems.

The Philips Hue Bridge Pro transforms standard Philips Hue lamps and bulbs into motion sensors. Philips Hue’s founder has now suggested that its MotionAware feature could evolve to offer more than just motion detection in future.

Govee appears to be about to release a new smart light: the Table Lamp Classic. This new model recently appeared as a Matter-certified device in the CSA’s database. Here, it is described as suitable for indoor use, producing dynamic white and colored lighting effects.

A new Govee smart light, the Floor Lamp 2 Pro, has been spotted in the database of the Connectivity Standards Alliance (CSA). The database listing reveals a few details about this upcoming product. This Matter-certified device is expected to be an upgraded version of the original Floor Lamp Pro.

The TCL A400 Pro 4K QD-Mini LED TV has been released in China. Available in five sizes, this new model offers an up to 288 Hz refresh rate and gaming features like AMD FreeSync Premium Pro. Plus, it has integrated speakers, multiple HDMI 2.1 ports and support for Wi-Fi 6.

The IKEA Myggbett, Timmerflotte, Klippbok, Myggspray and Alpstuga smart home sensors have been released in Europe. Currently available in one country, and on the way to more in the near future, each of these products supports the Matter protocol. They offer various functions, from motion detection to temperature monitoring. 

IKEA has officially released its new Kajplats smart bulb range in one European country. Also spotted in the brand’s app in another market, these previously announced products support Matter. There are various bulb shapes, different glass finishes and white and color and white spectrum options.

The Sehmua CK14S is a new solar security camera system designed specially for outdoor use. The security camera system features a 4-pack of cameras and a home base with local storage. It ships with a 5,200 mAh built-in battery and a 4 MP FHD camera, which can rotate 355° horizontally and tilt up to 90°.

The IKEA Bilresa Remote control smart home products are now available in one European country. There are two versions of this product, and customers can purchase a single remote or a set of three. Plus, the pricing of this Matter-compatible accessory has been confirmed for other countries in this market.

Aqara is rolling out an update for the Panel Hub S1 Plus, a smart home device which launched earlier in 2025. This release brings Apple features to the product, including the Siri voice assistant and support for AirPlay. Plus, the software also includes new intercom and chime-related tools.

Philips Hue has released a new update for its app, version 5.56. This is a relatively minor release, resolving several issues with the software. Users are still waiting on a couple of features, at least one of which is expected to be added to the app before the end of 2025.

LG is set to release at least two new QNED TV models in 2026. The QNED85B and QNED86B, successors to the QNED85A and QNED86A, respectively, were recently spotted in a database in South Korea. The filings revealed various model numbers and also included some photos of these unreleased products.

Two possible 2026 LG OLED TV models, the C6 and the G6, have been spotted. Now certified in South Korea, these TVs could be officially unveiled in the next couple of months. The filings do not reveal any of the features of these two devices, which are expected to share similarities as was the case with the 2025 C5 and G5.
