Xiaomi: New ceiling fan with lighting listed globally

Xiaomi has listed the Mijia Ceiling Fan with Light 36" on its global website, a reliable indicator that an international rollout beyond its home market of China is planned. However, the model is not yet available in markets such as Europe. While listed on Alibaba for approximately $80, concrete regional pricing has yet to be confirmed.
Weighing around 4.3 kilograms, the system supports input voltages from 100 to 240 volts, making it compatible with various regional power grids. Total power consumption is rated at up to 64 watts—28 watts for the fan and 36 watts for the LED light. According to Xiaomi, the light delivers a uniformity ratio of at least 0.7, an illuminance of 300 lux or higher, and a Color Rendering Index (CRI) of Ra97 to ensure realistic color representation close to natural sunlight. The color temperature is adjustable between 2,700K and 5,700K.
The fan supports both forward and reverse operation—creating a gentle airflow in summer and redistributing warm air during winter. In addition to the included remote control, the unit can be integrated into existing smart home ecosystems. Alternatives are available on Amazon, for example.
