Xiaomi announces new TV S Pro 2027 series with RGB Mini LED displays

Xiaomi has made an official announcement about the TV S Pro 2027 series in China, and with this, the company has also opened blind reservation for the lineup. However, this initial announcement is very thin in terms of details.

It did share that the blind reservation will run until September 01, 2026, suggesting that the lineup will be fully unveiled on September 02, 2026, in China. After this Chinese launch, the lineup is expected to make its way to the global market, but as previously seen with the TV S Pro series, the specs might not be completely identical.

One crucial aspect about the TV S Pro 2027 series shared in this initial announcement is that the lineup will sport RGB Mini LED panels. This would be a big upgrade over the non-RGB displays found in the 2026 lineup, as it will bring improvements in terms of peak brightness, color space coverage, color dimming, and more.

The initial poster has also confirmed that there will be a 100-inch model, which would also be a notable change in the upcoming lineup. For reference, the 2026 lineup maxed out at 98 inches (TCL 98-inch QM8K curr. $2,997.99 on Amazon).

Other than that, the teaser image shows that the 2027 Xiaomi TV S Pro RGB Mini LED series won't see any major changes in terms of the overall design and aesthetics. It also seems that the new lineup will sport slim bezels. More details about the lineup could emerge in the coming days.
