Xiaomi's popular brand Redmi is projected to pair an on-trend display with MediaTek's new Dimensity 9200 flagship processor in the course of updating its 2023 range of Android smartphones with models such as the "K60 Ultra". The device may or may not also be involved in the OEM's rumored pivot away from its typical camera hump style to something more like Samsung's current signature style.

A new pair of Sony earbuds with ANC are coming to market. The earbuds in question are reputed to be the WF-C700N, a successor to the WF-C500 that lacked active noise cancellation and a much cheaper alternative to the WF-1000XM4.

New leaks point to a European release for the Redmi Note 12 series later this month. At the top of the Redmi Note 12 tree will be the Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus, a €499 smartphone that will offer a 200 MP primary camera, among other features.

OnePlus has confirmed that it will augment its sub-flagship Ace series of Android smartphones with a new 2V model. It will distinguish itself from the line's current flagship with a high-end MediaTek chipset rather than one from Qualcomm, and, as it turns out, with a new build too. Its OEM has scheduled it for an initial early March 2023 debut in the Chinese market: an announcement that has sparked speculation that it may be offered elsewhere under a different name later in the year.

It appears that Samsung will offer larger batteries within its next-generation smartwatches. While the Galaxy Watch5 series offered better battery life of its predecessors, the 40 mm and 44 mm versions of the Galaxy Watch6 will take these improvements even further.

Google has certified three new Google Pixel smartphone model numbers with the FCC, GWKK3, GHL1X and G0DZQ. All variants of the same device, the three model numbers are likely to represent the Pixel 7a or Pixel Fold, which should both arrive this spring with the Google Tensor G2 chipset.
