OnePlus is now expected to augment its Ace series of premium mid-range Android smartphones with a third generation soon. The device is now projected to launch with rear cameras improved compared to those of both the 2 and 2 Pro of 2023. It might also have a larger battery than either of those pre-existing devices.

The upcoming Galaxy S24 series of smartphones is Samsung’s follow-up to the Galaxy S23 devices. Rumored to pack custom Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipsets, camera updates, and 25 W to 45 W charging, the Galaxy S24 phones are now reported to be launching earlier in January in response to the robust sales of the iPhone 15.

This might be a horror scenario for Samsung fans if it's true what a known leaker has already hinted at several times. According to this new rumor, the Galaxy S24 Ultra will lose quite the important camera-related unique selling point, especially when compared to those of its rivals. It is still unclear whether there will be an adequate replacement.

Next year's Google Tensor G4 chip will reportedly use a mix of Cortex-X4, Cortex-A720 and Cortex-A520 CPU cores and an Arm Immortalis-G715 GPU. It will be fabricated on Samsung's 4LPP+ node and debut alongside the Pixel 9 series.
