Honor launched the Honor 600 Pro in the global market today. Honor’s new flagship smartphone features an iPhone 17 Pro-like design, capable cameras, and a 120 Hz AMOLED panel with very thin bezels. We already had the chance to play around with the Honor 600 Pro and here are our first impressions.

Superhero of the middle class. The Poco X8 Pro provides excellent value for an Android phone at a low price, making it a true bargain overall. Featuring a powerful and efficient chipset, this Xiaomi phone excels in several aspects, including battery life, speakers, and a bright OLED display.

The least interesting Panther Lake CPU. Samsung's new Galaxy Book6 Pro gets Intel's Panther Lake processors, Wi-Fi 7 as well as a new OLED touchscreen, which is finally brighter than before. Prices are very high, however, and the Galaxy Book6 Pro faces excellent rivals, so is it enough to beat the XPS 16 or Zenbook S16?

Unfortunately fantastic. Whether you like it or not, the iPhone 17e is likely to be a bestseller. By Apple's standards, it's inexpensive and, objectively speaking, offers decent features that make everyday tasks a breeze. However, comparisons with the other iPhone 17 models and some competitors that cost less than half as much are less flattering.

Ultra-light with no major compromises. On paper, the Magic8 Pro Air is the Android phone many have been waiting for. This slim high-end phone is lightweight and compact without making major sacrifices in chipset performance or camera hardware. The Honor handset also impresses with top-tier specs.

Camera recommendation? The Huawei Mate X7 is just over 4 mm thin and aims to compete with the Galaxy Z Fold7 and Honor Magic V6, not only with its new HiSilicon Kirin 9030 Pro but also with its large Ultra Lighting HDR camera. Dark OLED panel. With the Prestige 14 Flip AI+, MSI introduces a compact 14-inch convertible feturin a fast Panther Lake processor and integrated stylus. However, the built-in 60 Hz OLED screen is very dark and does not support HDR.

A deliberate omission in mobile connectivity. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 15 Pro does not support 5G, yet it is still a solid smartphone overall. Compared with its predecessor, it offers significantly longer battery life, a much brighter display, and now a minimum of 256 GB of storage. Even so, our review shows that the Xiaomi handset faces strong competition in the budget mid-range segment.

Affordable flagship styling. With a waterproof chassis, slim display bezels, and excellent photo quality, Vivo aims to win over price-conscious buyers with its new mid-range smartphone. A better MacBook Pro? Samsung's new Galaxy Book6 Ultra is a powerful 16-inch multimedia laptop with an amazing OLED screen, Panther Lake processor and GeForce RTX 5070. There are also many similarities with the Apple MacBook Pro 16, but is it enough to beat Apple's machine?

Premium exterior, almost always premium interior. The Motorola Signature is one of the slimmest and lightest smartphones currently available. In the test, Motorola's new top model also impressed with its bright AMOLED display and the outstanding Sony LYTIA camera system, which ranked in the top 10 in the DxO camera test. Low price, solid promise. The Redmi Note 15 5G introduces meaningful progress across display quality, battery endurance, and update support, while Xiaomi transitions the series from MediaTek to a Qualcomm processor. Whether such adjustments translate into a truly compelling package is the question at the heart of our review.

Debut for the Core Ultra 5 338H & Arc B370. The new Honor MagicBook Pro 14 2026 is equipped with Intel's new Panther Lake chips and powerful iGPUs. You also get a great OLED touchscreen with 120 Hz as well as long battery runtimes.

Ryzen AI Max+ 395 with massive CPU performance. Asus launches a special GoPro version of its powerful ProArt PX13 convertible. In addition to some visual changes, the compact 13-inch model also gets the fastest AMD Strix Halo Ryzen AI Max+ 395 including the Radeon 8060s GPU and 128 GB RAM. The 2.8K OLED is still limited to 60 Hz, though.

Buy me? Bright display, good battery life and solid features: the Xiaomi Poco M8 5G actually does everything right. Almost, that is, if it weren't for the annoying competition. The Poco phone often simply gets the short end of the stick against them. To make matters worse, Xiaomi is also cannibalizing itself, as the identical smartphone is currently available at least as cheaply under a different name.

A dream for outdoor fans. The new Android phone from Xiaomi presents itself as an affordable premium mid-range smartphone with an extra-large silicon-carbon battery, super-bright OLED screen, and a titanium structure. However, our review of the Redmi Note 15 Pro+ is not all positive and is a must read before buying.
