The MSI Creator M16 HX is the first in the M-series lineup to feature Intel 14th gen Raptor Lake-HX Refresh processors. The Creator M16 HX boasts configurations up to the Core i9-14900HX and RTX 4070 Laptop GPU but is content with a 65 WHr battery compared to the 90 WHr capacity in the Creator Z17 HX.

MSI has launched the Creator M14 with Intel 13th gen Raptor Lake-H and up to an RTX 4060 at CES 2024. The Creator M14 is geared towards budding content creators as evidenced by offering of the RTX 2050 Mobile as one of the GPU options, although it can still be configured with up to an RTX 4060 Laptop GPU.

Gigabyte has unveiled two new high-end gaming laptops at CES 2024, the Aorus 17X and Aorus 16X. The former exclusively uses 14th-gen Intel HX chips, whereas the latter can also be configured with 13th-gen parts.

Gigabyte has announced the Aorus G6X, Aorus G6 and Aorus G5 gaming laptops at CES 2024. They come with Intel Raptor Lake processors, an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060, 32 GB of RAM and a 2 TB NVMe SSD.

Hollyland claims to have packed all the tech for a "top level consumer-grade" lavalier- or lapel-style microphone into an "all-in-one button" with its latest Lark-series release. The M2 is rated to eliminate unwanted background noise with environmental noise cancellation (ENC) to product "accurate" recordings in "studio-grade" quality. Hollyland also claims that its receiver can pick up from a "remarkable" distance away or right through obstacles like the user's body.

MSI is refreshing the upper mid-range Crosshair lineup at CES 2024 with a regular gaming laptop design without using any game-specific themes. The new Crosshair 16 HX and Crosshair 17 HX are pretty much similar to their Sword counterparts including the use of Core i7-14700HX and up to an RTX 4070 Laptop GPU but with higher battery capacities.

MSI's Titan 18 HX is now official with top-of-the-line that is typical of the Titan lineup. The Titan 18 HX boasts the world's first 18-inch 4K 120 Hz mini-LED display, the Core i9-14900HX, which MSI says can sustain at 5.2 GHz all P-core, and a choice of 175 W RTX 4080 and RTX 4090 Laptop GPUs.

The refreshed Asus ZenBook 14 OLED packs a punch with a bright 3K OLED display with 100% DCI-P3 colour gamut. For CES, Asus is adding AMD's Ryzen 8040 CPUs to the line-up in addition to the Intel Core Ultra CPUs that have been available since late 2023.

ASUS has updated the Zenbook S 13 OLED, which has now been designated the model number UX5304. The new Zenbook S 13 OLED weighs in at only 1 kg and is roughly 10 mm thick. Nonetheless, ASUS has managed to include a 3K OLED display with a modern Intel Meteor Lake processor and a 63 Wh battery, among other features.

Asus is launching an upgraded VivoBook Pro 15 OLED (N6506) at CES 2024. The new VivoBook Pro 15 offers up to an Intel Core Ultra 9 185H processor and Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 graphics with a dedicated MUX switch. Asus is also bringing its DialPad, previously found only the VivoBook Pro X line, to the VivoBook Pro 15.

Asus has consolidated its TUF gaming lineup at CES 2024. The TUF Gaming F16 will be the only one of its kind to launch with a Core i7-13650HX, 32 GB RAM and a 2 TB SSD.

A new Asus TUF Gaming A16 variant has been announced at CES 2024. It features a 16-inch, 165 Hz screen (FHD/QHD), a 90 Wh battery and up to 32 GB of RAM.

Asus has refreshed the TUF Gaming A15 with AMD's latest Ryzen 8000 Hawk Point processors, a 16:10 screen and a USB 4.0 Type-C port. Other features include a GeForce RTX 4070 and a 90 Wh battery.

The Asus Vivobook S14 and Vivobook S16 have been refreshed with new hardware. The former comes with an Intel/AMD CPU, while the latter is AMD-only.

Lenovo is offering a new Yoga Book 9i 9th gen at CES 2024 albeit as a minor refresh to the 2023 version. The Yoga Book 9i 9th gen is a dual-display convertible that now features Intel 14th gen Core Ultra Raptor Lake-U CPUs. Other specifications including the dual 2.8K OLED, 5 MP camera, 3x Thunderbolt 4 ports, and 80 WHr battery remain unchanged.

Acer is refreshing the Nitro 17 at CES 2024 with Intel Raptor Lake-HX options up to the Core i7-14700HX. Other aspects including the 17.3-inch QHD 165 Hz display, liquid metal TIM for the CPU, RTX 4060, and 90 WHr battery remain unchanged from last year.

Lenovo is introducing a refreshed LOQ 15 lineup at CES 2024. The new LOQ 15 includes SKUs powered by Intel Core i7-14700HX and AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS along with entry-level options featuring the Alder Lake Core i5-12450HX. Lenovo also offers a choice of RTX 4050 and RTX 4060 GPUs along with Arc A350M in the LOQ 15AX9I, but the LOQ 15AHP9 is restricted only to the EMEA.

Lenovo is re-introducing the ThinkBook 13x Gen 4 at CES 2024, which is being touted as the first carbon-neutral laptop from the company. The ThinkBook 13x Gen 4 is also the first 13-inch notebook to feature a 74 WHr battery and is powered by Intel Meteor Lake processors. Lenovo is also showcasing a proof-of-concept ThinkBook 13x Gen 4 SPE that adds a touch of personalization using an E ink display cover to show patterns without any effect on battery life.

Acer has announced the Predator Helios Neo 16 and Neo 18 gaming laptops with up to an Intel Core i9-14900HX 14th-gen CPU, an RTX 4070 laptop GPU, 32 GB of DDR5 memory, and 2 TB of storage. Both laptops combine Acer’s 5th-gen AeroBlade fans, liquid metal thermal paste, and heat pipes to cool the internals.

Lenovo has announced the Yoga Pro 9i Gen 9, a 16-inch notebook aimed at creative professionals. With a 3.2K Mini-LED or IPS display, up to an RTX 4070 laptop GPU, and the latest Intel Core Ultra 5/7/9 H series chips, the Yoga Pro 9i (16, 9) bundles powerful hardware with high-resolution, color-accurate screens. Additionally, the Yoga Pro 9i Gen 9 boasts a whole slew of AI features including Yoga Creative Zone and Lenovo X Power.

The 2024 Lenovo Slim 5 16 (Gen 9) is official with AMD’s latest Ryzen 8040 “Hawk Point” APUs, up to RTX 4070 laptop GPU, 32 GB of RAM, and a 16-inch display. The Lenovo Slim 5 16 Gen 9 also carries an optional 4-zone RGB-backlit keyboard, up to an 80 Wh battery, and an FHD webcam with a physical privacy shutter.

The Lenovo Yoga Pro 7i and 7 14 (Gen 9) have been unveiled at CES 2024 with up to Intel Core Ultra 9 H series CPU for the 7i and the Ryzen 7 8845HS Hawk Point in the case of the Pro 7. Additionally, both the Yoga Pro 7i and 7 14 can be configured with up to 32 GB of LPDDR5X memory and 1 TB of PCIe Gen 4 storage.

ASUS has overhauled the ROG Zephyrus G14 and its bigger counterpart, the ROG Zephyrus G16. For their 2024 models, the pair have received brand new aluminium cases that reduce overall carry weight, as well as a noticeable LED strip spanning their back panels. ASUS has boosted performance across the board, too, thanks to the choice between AMD Ryzen 8000 APUs and Intel Meteor Lake processors.

The MSI Vector 17 and 16 HX are high-end gaming laptops that can be configured with up to an Intel Core i9-14900HX CPU, an RTX 4090 laptop GPU, and a UHD+ display. Additionally, both laptops rock features such as per-key RGB-backlit keyboards from SteelSeries, support for PCIe Gen 5 storage, MSI Overboost Ultra technology, and Wi-Fi 7, to name a few.

Asus has introduced two new models to its flagship ROG Strix lineup. The ROG Strix G16 and ROG Strix G18 are watered-down versions of the ROG Strix Scar 16 and 18, but they are still powerful enough to be considered high-end gaming laptops.

MSI has introduced the 17-inch Raider GE78 HX 14V and 16-inch Raider GE68 HX 14V gaming laptops at CES 2024. As is evident from the name, the machines are refreshes of the 2023 Raider GE78 and GE68 HX 13V notebooks with notable spec improvements. Both 2024 Raider GE laptops feature up to a Core i9-14900HX Raptor Lake Refresh CPU and up to an RTX 4090 GPU.

MSI Prestige 14 AI Evo and Prestige 13 AI Evo have been revealed at CES 2024 with Intel Core Ultra processors. The Prestige 14 AI, which is the bigger of the two models, features a 14-inch FHD+ IPS display while the Prestige 13 AI is a highly-portable 13-incher with an OLED panel and less than 1 kg of weight.

MSI has taken the wraps off the Cyborg 15 AI and Cyborg 14 at CES 2024. Both laptops feature translucent design elements, an up to RTX 4060 laptop GPU, and two DDR5 slots for a maximum of 64 GB RAM. Aside from the screen size, the key difference between the two machines is that the Cyborg 15 AI is based around an Intel Core Ultra 7 155H CPU while the Cyborg 14 tops out at a Core i7-13620H.

The Alienware x16 R2 is now official with a 16-inch QHD+ 240 Hz screen, 32 GB of LPDDR5X RAM, 4 TB storage and a 90 Wh battery. Unfortunately, there is no word about when it goes on sale.

The Alienware m18 R2 has been officially announced at CES 2024. Apart from the CPU swap to Intel's 14th-gen HX models, the remaining specs are the same as last year's models.

The Alienware m16 R2 is Dell's newest Meteor Lake gaming laptop with a Core Ultra 7 155H or Core Ultra 9 185H. They can be paired with a GeForce RTX 4070, RTX 4060 or RTX 4050 and up to 64 GB RAM. You can buy some configurations on January 11 starting at $1,699.

The IdeaPad 5 2-in-1 has been officially announced at CES 2024. The laptop ships in 14-inch and 16-inch configurations. It can be purchased in April starting at $729.

The Lenovo IdeaPad 5i 2-in-1 has been announced at CES 2024 with an Intel Core 7 150U processor, 16 GB RAM, 1 TB storage and a 57 Wh battery. It goes on sale in April 2024.

The IdeaPad Slim 5i has been unveiled at CES 2024 with a 15-inch 16:10 screen, up to 32 GB RAM, a 1 TB SSD and Windows Hello functionality. Its price and availability will be announced later.

Lenovo's flagship gaming laptop, the Legion 9i Gen 9, has been revealed at CES 2024. It features a mini-LED screen, up to 64 GB of DDR5 RAM and the company's in-house LA3-P AI chip. It can be bought soon for $4,399.

The ThinkBook Plus Gen 5 Hybrid is Lenovo's fresh take on a new type of 2-in-1. It consists of a laptop and a tablet, both of which can be used in unison or individually.

New Predator Helios 18 and Predator Helios 16 variants have been announced at CES 2024. They're essentially the same as last year's models, with a processor upgrade.

The Aspire 3D 15 SpatialLabs Edition, Acer's creator-centric laptop, has been announced at CES 2024. It supports Acer's suite of SpatialLabs software and can even use AI to make 3D models out of 2D images.

The Studio and Evo variants share the same chassis and most of the features. However, the Studio variant is slightly heavier as it can be equipped with up to an RTX 4070 dGPu from Nvidia, while the Evo one only relies on the integrated Intel Arc from the Meteor Lake processors.

18-inch laptops are seeing increased adoption and MSI is now adding such a model to the Creator lineup among others. Along with the Tiatn 18HX, the CreatorPro X18 HX is said to be the world's first to feature the new 18-inch 3840 x 2400 MiniLED display with 120 Hz refresh rate. It also supports up to 128 GB DDR5 RAM and comes with Nvidia RTX 3500 / 5000 Ada generation professional GPUs.

The refreshed Z17 HX is powered by up to an Intel Core i9 14900HX CPU complemented by up to 64 GB DDR5 RAM and a PCIe 5.0 NVMe SSD. Highlights also include a 17-inch 2560 x 1600 IPS touchscreen with MSI Pen 2 support, dual Thunderbolt 4 connectors, Wi-Fi 7 and the new SD Express card reader.

The most advanced AI laptops from the Creator lineup come with 16-inch 4K screens, intel Core Ultra 7 or 9 processors, up to an RTX 4090 dGPU, Wi-Fi 7 and solid security features including a fingerprint sensor, all in a lightweight chassis.
