Deal | M3 MacBook Air with 16 or 24 GB RAM drops to near-record low price

Apple's popular MacBook Air has been a smash hit over the past several years, and today's sale drops one of the best configurations close to its record-low price on Amazon.

The M3 MacBook Air 15 is on sale for either 15% or 17% off, depending on the configuration. The laptop features a 15.6-inch display with a resolution of 2880x1664 and a 60 Hz refresh rate. The M3 MacBook Air 15, as its name implies, is powered by Apple's M3 chip with an 8-core CPU and 10-core GPU. Both models on sale today have 512 GB of storage and ship with either 16 GB (for $1249) or 24 GB (for $1449) of unified RAM.

Note that the 16 GB/256 GB configuration is also on sale for $1149, a 12% discount, but this is not close to its lowest-recorded price. This model also routinely goes on sale for around $1100, so interested buyers may want to wait for it to hit that price again.

The M3 MacBook Air 15 scored 92% in our review. We highlighted the laptop's excellent build quality, fanless design for silent operation, and long battery life. However, we pointed out that this particular machine does not have Thunderbolt 4 and does not offer any user upgradability (like all of Apple's other laptops).
