Motorola has launched an Android smartphone called the Moto G62 - again. This unusually affordable 2022 refresh has arrived in India with a different Qualcomm processor, although it still supports "true" 5G. It also has slightly faster charging, yet remains identical to the 'early-year' G62 otherwise.

TAG Heuer's latest smartwatch offering is in truth a new edition of the Connected Calibre E4, launched in partnership with Porsche. It entails an extensive cosmetic re-design intended to provide a matching accessory for those who own EVs such as the Taycan. It also has a custom watchface that allows the user to keep track of both possessions at the same time.

Xiaomi has now launched its latest premium-ish smartphone. This device, the Redmi K50 Extreme Edition, sits at the top of the Redmi K50 series, and debuts as the cheapest Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 phone, with a price tag that converts into about US$450.

Motorola has taken the wraps off its new Razr 2022. The phone packs flagship-grade internals, an upgraded design with thinner bezels, and a bigger, faster display than its predecessor. The phone also costs less than the competing clamshell from Samsung, the Z Flip4.

Xiaomi has made the Mix Fold 2 official today (August 11, 2022), albeit for the Chinese market only. Nevertheless, the premium device has the potential to become a vast improvement over its predecessor, with form-factor tweaks that might also help it take on the likes of the equally new Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4. It has also landed as the world's latest Leica-branded flexible-display device.

Motorola has now officially launched the Moto X30 Pro in China. The flagship makes its debut as the first 200 MP camera smartphone in the world and also features a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, with a starting price tag equivalent to just over US$500. It's expected to debut globally as the Moto Edge 30 Ultra later in the year.

Oppo has introduced the Watch 3 Pro, a competitor to the Galaxy Watch5 Pro that has arrived only a few hours after Samsung presented its latest smartwatch. Equipped with a 1.91-inch AMOLED display, the Oppo Watch 3 Pro also has an LTPO backplane to minimise power consumption, along with power-efficient Qualcomm Snapdragon W5 and Apollo 4 Plus chipsets.

Oppo has revealed the Watch 3, the cheaper option in the new Watch 3 series. Equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon W5 and Apollo 4 Plus chipsets, the Oppo Watch 3 should provide up to 4 days of battery life from its 400 mAh battery. The Oppo Watch has a large AMOLED display too, among other features.

Today, Oppo introduced the successor to the Oppo Band, an affordable and versatile fitness tracker. Replacing it is the Oppo Band 2, a larger model with an AMOLED display and an NFC module, among other features. The Oppo Band 2 retains its predecessor's inexpensive price tag, too.

Samsung has taken the wraps off its new Galaxy Z Flip4. The phone has a similar design to the Z Flip3 with a smaller outer display and a big inner foldable screen. Powered by the newest Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, the Galaxy Z Flip4 has IPX8 waterproofing for protection against water damage.

After months of relentless leaks, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 is official with a design that has remained largely unchanged. The device is IPX8 certified, boasts the latest Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, and comes with 12 GB LPDDR5 memory with up to 1 TB of UFS 3.1 storage.

Samsung introduced the Galaxy Buds2 Pro at its Unpacked event today. The Galaxy Buds2 Pro features improved ANC over the Buds2 and comes with IPX7 protection and support for Samsung's proprietary Seamless Hi-Fi codec for 24-bit audio. The Buds2 Pro are also slated to offer improved battery runtimes and can better distinguish between noise and human voices.

Samsung launched the Galaxy Watch5 and Galaxy Watch5 Pro at the company's Unpacked Event today. Both the Galaxy Watch5 and Watch5 Pro essentially share a common feature set and sport improved sensors, increased battery life, and sapphire crystal glass protection. The Watch5 Pro also comes with the ability to be used as an outdoors watch with enhanced GPS-based turn-by-turn and track-back navigation.

Garmin has unveiled a successor to its Enduro smartwatch series. Sold as the Enduro 2, the smartwatch has a large display and all the features that endurance athletes could need. Available for US$1,099.99, the Enduro 2 is already orderable in multiple markets, not just the US.

Sennheiser has unveiled its latest pair of over-ear headphones, the Momentum 4 Wireless. Replacements for the ageing Momentum 3 Wireless, the Momentum 4 Wireless promises to deliver excellent battery life, improved noise cancellation and better sound quality than its competitors. The Sennheiser Momentum 4 Wireless is orderable in multiple markets now and will start shipping later this month.

Lenovo is expanding its lineup of mobile workstation laptops with a new AMD option: The Lenovo ThinkPad P15v Gen 3 takes aim at entry level segment of this market and it is the first ThinkPad that combines AMD Ryzen 6000 with upgradeable DDR5 memory.

LG may have stepped away from the smartphone market, but it continues to release Android tablets. Released in South Korea, the LG Ultra Tab has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 chipset, a 2K display and a 7,040 mAh battery, among other features. The LG Ultra Tab sells in South Korea for KRW 462,000, currently equivalent to approximately ~US$355.

LilyGO has started offering the TTGO T4, an ESP32-based single-board computer (SBC). Equipped with a colour display on one side, the TTGO T4 also comes with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity, plus a microSD card reader and a 20-pin GPIO header, among other features. The LilyGO TTGO T4 starts at US$26.98 with a 2.4-inch display and is orderable now.

Chuwi has released a 2022 version of the CoreBook X Pro. Inexplicably, the machine has a smaller battery than its predecessor, plus a processor that offers weaker graphics performance. There are no other upgrades for the new Chuwi CoreBook X Pro either.

Chuwi has introduced a new version of the HeroBook Pro 14, a 1080p laptop powered by an Intel Gemini Lake processor. Now equipped the more powerful Intel Celeron N4020, the HeroBook Pro 14 also features 8 GB of DDR4 RAM and a 256 GB SATA 3.0 SSD. The HeroBook Pro 14 is orderable in multiple markets, including Europe and the US.

LG is now offering its three latest UltraGear gaming monitors in Europe, just a week after confirming availability for the Eurozone. Shipping later this month, UltraGear 32GQ850, UltraGear 32GQ950 and UltraGear 48GQ900 are all available to pre-order now and will ship later this month. LG has decided to discount each monitor by a fair amount during their pre-order periods too.

Nokia has updated the ultra-budget 110 4G it sells in India for 2022. Apart from an updated design and new colors, it seems to have much the same specs as its immediate predecessor. For something even more renewed and with extra retro charm, the 8210 4G has now been unleashed alongside it.

Retroid has announced and started accepting pre-orders for the Pocket 3, a 4.7-inch gaming handheld that looks like the Nintendo Switch Lite. Available from US$119, the Retroid Pocket 3 will start shipping later this month with up to 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage, among other features.

Manchester United, one of the best-known soccer franchises worldwide, has unveiled Qualcomm as one of its latest partners. The collaboration will apparently involve consultations to improve wireless connectivity within the team's historical Old Trafford headquarters, as well as a lot more Snapdragon logos to be seen around that stadium and its squad's branding going forward.

NVIDIA has launched new developer boards, some of which are already orderable in multiple markets. The company has also confirmed that other Jetson modules will follow later this year, including Jetson AGX Orin 64 GB Production Modules.

Ulefone touts its upcoming Armor 15 as the latest mobile device of the type that doubles as a charging case for TWS earbuds. Lenovo has launched the latest update to its OS for mobile devices from the Chinese market, ZUI 14. It is intended for smartphones and tablets, and is now slated to debut on the Legion Y70 and Xiaoxin Pad Pro 2022 respectively. The OEM touts it as extensively customizable yet user-friendly, with a bright, up-to-date style.

Samsung is currently at the Flash Memory Summit 2022 event to show its latest developments in memory and storage solutions off. One of these is the announcement that it has started producing flash modules based on the latest UFS 4.0 standard. Therefore, they may be available to start one-upping the UFS 3.1 internal storage chips still found in the highest-end smartphones of today.

OnePlus took the opportunity to introduce the impending upgrade to its OxygenOS smartphone UI, based on Android 13, during its major global product event of today (August 3, 2022). It is touted as "smooth, stable and seamless", even if it seems to have more features ported from its brand's parent corporation OPPO than ever before. Despite the 10T's launch today, it will not ship with this updated software out of the box.

Some of OnePlus' latest higher-end Android smartphones charge at up to 80W - however, the spec is not of use everywhere, in the car included. However, the brand has seen this and has an answer in the form of its latest charging accessory. It is rated to charge the latest 10T flagship in just 29 minutes, although it is also compatible with other devices from different OEMs.

OnePlus has launched the OnePlus 10T globally despite its China launch being cancelled. Key specs include a 120 Hz LTPO AMOLED screen, 50 MP triple rear cameras, a 4,800 mAh battery and a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. Prices start at US$649 in the United States, EUR 699 in Europe and INR 49,999 in India.

iQOO has launched its 9T today (August 2, 2022). However, there are still a few days before it actually starts selling via its new dedicated Amazon.in page. The buyer will get a Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 SoC in an updated, racing-inspired chassis with a 6.78-inch 120Hz FHD+ E5 AMOLED display, up to 12GB of RAM, a 50MP ISOCELL GN1 main camera and 120W charging in this refreshed flagship package.

OnePlus India has delivered on its hype campaign for the first-ever pair of TWS earbuds branded to match Nord CE smartphones today (August 1, 2022). These "Dynamic Bass" earphones have now also been officially revealed as lightweight wearables that also support a "Sound Master Equalizer", Bluetooth 5.2 and "AI noise cancellation", albeit just for calls.

TEAMGROUP's latest PCIe M.2 SSD is pitched at high-performance, highly-demanding use-cases, yet is touted to stand out from this industrial crowd with a first-gen vapor chamber- (VC) equipped tube system. It incorporates in-house liquid cooling touted to keep the SSD running at full speed even in ambient temperatures as high as 85°C.

BenQ has unveiled the EX240N, a 24-inch gaming monitor that relies on a MOBIUZ VA panel. Running at 1080p and 165 Hz, the BenQ EX240N also offers 1 ms MPRT response times, AMD FreeSync Premium support and dual 2.5 W speakers, among other features.

Motorola has presented the Moto G32, a mid-range smartphone that will be available first in Europe. Like other Moto G series smartphones, the Moto G32 has a Snapdragon 680 mated to a high capacity battery, a 50 MP primary camera and a large battery. The Motorola Moto G32 comes in two colours and two memory configurations.

ASUS has revealed the Zenfone 9, a Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1-powered smartphone with a 120 Hz AMOLED display. Available from €799, the Zenfone 9 has multiple memory configurations, colour options and a 4,300 mAh battery that supports 30 W charging. Roughly as large as the Apple iPhone 13, the Zenfone 9 is slightly smaller than its predecessor and weighs 169 g.

Huawei has announced a mid-generation refresh of the Watch 3 Pro, now available with HarmonyOS 3. Also, the revised smartwatch features turn-by-turn satellite navigation, allowing you to leave your smartphone in your pocket. The Watch 3 Pro 2022 edition can take an ECG too, as well as featuring SpO2 and skin temperature sensors.

Huawei has unveiled a new version of the MatePad Pro 11, now equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset and a 120 Hz OLED display. Available in multiple configurations, the MatePad Pro 11 is also one of the first devices running HarmonyOS 3. The new MatePad Pro 11 supports a detachable keyboard and active stylus too.

Huawei has revealed the latest version of the MateBook X Pro in China, which starts at CNY 8,999 (~US$1,330) with an Intel Core i5-1240P processor. Also available with a Core i7-1260P and a unique skin-soothing metallic body option, the MateBook Pro X 2022 can cost up to CNY 12,999 (~US$1,922) for the fully configured option.

The iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max are a few weeks away from launching. However, a cheap clone has launched in China, with LeBest even repurposing Apple's naming scheme. The LeBest X14 Pro Max also borrows from the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra, albeit without either of their flagship specifications.

The space, while nearly a tenth of the size of the average store associated with the chain, is rated to offer in-person consultations as well as a range of the latest or most popular products, in a way that might better adapt to the trend of consumers to shop and order online instead.

Realme has announced the Pad X in India, one of many products that the company has presented today. Equipped with a Snapdragon 695 SoC and a 10.95-inch display, the Realme Pad X also has an 8,340 mAh battery that supports up to 33 W wired charging. The Realme Pad X will be orderable next month with 5G and Wi-Fi-only connectivity, as will a first-party keyboard and pen.

Realme has presented the Watch 3 in India, where it has launched for INR 3,500 (~US$44). Price matching its predecessor, the Realme Watch 3 has a large display, supports Bluetooth calling and has a metallic frame. The Realme Watch 3 is orderable now with over 100 watch faces, 110 sports modes and comprehensive health monitoring.

The RedMagic 7S Pro is now available to purchase globally. Some of its key specs include a 120 Hz AMOLED screen, 5,000 mAh battery with 65 W fast charging, triple rear cameras and a transparent chassis. Prices start at US$729/€779 for the 12 GB RAM/256 GB storage variant.

Anker has revealed that its latest range of power bricks, strips and other charging accessories all come with its latest GaNPrime technology. These latest developments in the OEM's use of the up-to-date gallium nitride (GaN) power-storage material include in-house PowerIQ 4.0 and ActiveShield 2.0, rated to cut multi-port charging times down to 1 hour at most and to monitor charging device temperature 78% more often respectively.

MINISFORUM has announced the UM580, a mini-PC powered by the AMD Ryzen 7 5800H. Available from US$439, the MINISFORUM can be configured with up to 64 GB of RAM and a 512 GB SSD. MINISFORUM has equipped the UM580 with plenty of ports too, including three USB Type-C ports and two HDMI connections.
