Garmin has started rolling out a new stable update for many of its recent mid-range smartwatches. Available as System Software 10.36, the new update is said to introduce heart rate improvements and other bug fixes.

A new Garmin feature is on the way to all users of the Garmin Connect app. Lifestyle Logging is designed to help you to track daily habits and to understand the impact of your behaviour, or other factors, on your health. Manually logged information is combined with the data captured by your smartwatch, with insights provided over a range of timeframes.
