Amazfit’s T-Rex 3 Pro smartwatch is receiving another firmware update: version 4.4.1.3. The wearable was last updated in early January 2026 with software version 4.3.8.2. This release brought two new metrics and a mid-workout voice memo recording feature to these users.
The release notes for the Amazfit T-Rex 3 Pro software version 4.4.1.3 update, shared on the 4PDA forum, list eight new bug fixes for the smartwatch. The company has tackled a problem with the newer Rucking activity, where the distance was incorrectly shown as 0 during the workout. Other workout-related issues that have been resolved are lag when selecting lanes for a Track Run activity, and incorrect muscle highlights shown on the pre-workout page for a Strength Training template.
Amazfit T-Rex 3 Pro users should no longer have any display related problems which had been spotted on the workout start page. Plus, an issue with re-planning a route during a workout has been resolved, as has a bug linked to the “Return to Start” workout feature. For smartwatch users who connect headphones to the wearable, an issue which prevented podcasts from playing correctly has been fixed. On top of this, a page stuttering bug has been removed.
Software version 4.4.1.3 is likely rolling out in phases to users of the Amazfit T-Rex 3 Pro (curr. $399.99 at Amazon). Typically, users in countries like the US, Canada and China are amongst the first to receive these updates, with customers in other markets sometimes having to wait for another week or two.
