Zepp Health has released another new version of the Zepp app for Amazfit smartwatches. In January 2026, the company began to roll out version 10.0 of its app, which brought new features, including a new Badges section.
Now, Zepp app version 10.0.5 has arrived for users of smartwatches like the Amazfit T-Rex 3 (curr. $249.99 at Amazon) with iOS devices. One Reddit user confirmed that this secondary release has fixed an issue linked to the Max Heart Rate. After the initial 10.0.0 release, customers could not customize this metric.
The official change log for Zepp app version 10.0.5 also notes that it brings new Gear Management functionality, making it easier for users to track mileage. The broader version 10.0 release has also added a quick date switching function to the home screen, and your daily activity can now be viewed on this page. On top of this, there are tweaks to the BioCharge and Food Log features.
You can now download Zepp app version 10.0.5 for iOS from the Apple App Store. It is unclear when a similar release could be pushed to users of Android devices via the Google Play Store. Amazfit smartwatch users also recently received ten new mini apps.
