HP has refreshed its high-end Omen 17 gaming laptop with an Intel Core i9-13900HX, a 240 Hz QHD panel, DDR5 5,600 memory and an optical mechanical keyboard. Prices start at US$1,699 and HP will announce its availability later.

LG has announced its laptop lineup for 2023, with the new LG gram Ultraslim and LG gram Style devices coming with OLED panels. Joining the gram Ultraslim laptop and the pair of gram Style notebooks is LG’s refreshed lineup of gram 17, 16, 15, and 14 devices and new 2-in-1 machines. All of LG’s new releases come with 13th Gen Intel Core processors.

Samsung has announced the Odyssey OLED G9 as part of its CES 2023 showcase. Unlike the Odyssey Neo G9, the Odyssey OLED G9 has a 49-inch display that relies on QD OLED technology. The curved and ultra-wide gaming monitor also operates at 1440p and 240 Hz, among other features.

At CES 2023, MSI announced a refreshed Prestige 16 Studio A13V with Intel Raptor Lake-H and Nvidia RTX 4050 and RTX 4060 Laptop GPU options. The new Prestige 16 Studio A13V comes with a 165 Hz QHD+ 1000-nit mini-LED display and includes niceties such as dual-biometric logins, fast charging, and Wi-Fi 6E.

ASUS has unveiled the Zenbook Pro 14 OLED with a Raptor Lake Core i9 processor and an Nvidia RTX 40 GPU. Other notable features include a 2.8K OLED display, 16 GB of DDR5 memory, and a fairly large 76 Wh battery.

The MSI Stealth 14 Studio and Stealth 16 Studio are now official. The laptops are equipped with Core i7 and Core i9 Raptor Lake CPUs in addition to the RTX 40 laptop GPUs. Samsung has revealed the Galaxy A14 5G smartphone as part of its CES 2023 event activities. The budget phone packs a lot of punch for its price, which has been revealed as US$199 for the US market and €229 for some European markets, such as Spain. The Samsung Galaxy A14 sports a Dimensity 700 or Exynos 1330 SoC, depending on the region.

MSI has announced the Titan GT77 HX at CES 2023. Measuring 397 x 330 x23 mm with a weight of 3.3 kg (7.2 lbs), the laptop is legitimately bulky. But this added size is justified, as the Titan GT77 HX will undoubtedly be in the run for the most powerful gaming notebook on the market with a Core i9-13980HX and up to an RTX 4090.

The first all-AMD model from the Asus TUF Gaming lineup features a USB4 port - something that is currently offered only on a handful of premium models. An unannounced Radeon RX 7700S dGPU is also packed along with AMD's latest Zen 4 mobile APUs up to a Ryzen 9 7940HS. Display options include 2560 x 16000 240 Hz and 1920 x 1200 165 Hz IPS screens.

Taiwanese PC manufacturer Asus is renown for its consumer PCs, especially the ZenBook line and the Republic of Gamers (ROG) laptops. The business line ExpertBook is somewhat less prominent - to change this, the new Asus ExpertBook B9 packs a 2.8k OLED screen into a lightweight magnesium-lithium chassis.

The updated Asus TUF Gaming F15 and F17 laptops come with up to Intel Core i9-13900H and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 graphics, as well as a MUX Switch with NVIDIA Advanced Optimus support. Like their A-series siblings, they top at 32 GB memory (however, only DDR4-3200) and 2 TB PCIe 4.0 storage.

ASUS has presented a new Zenbook 14X OLED, building on last year's Intel Alder Lake-powered model. While there is no AMD model, the Zenbook 14X OLED has received Raptor Lake processor options, as well as a more powerful NVIDIA RTX GPU.

With the introduction of the latest PN64-E1 mini PC models, Asus in finally adding Thunderbolt 4 support to its mini PC lineup. The new models integrate two Thunderbolt 4 ports and processor options could include up to an i7-13700H Raptor Lake mobile processor. Additionally, there is now support for dual M.2 PCIe 4.0 X4 storage and up to five video outputs via a configurable port.

MSI has announced that the latest, Raptor Lake-powered versions of the Katana 15 series will be among the most affordable of its 2023 line-up. They will be released with FHD 144Hz displays powered by graphics starting with the new RTX 4050 card. Then again, the same can be said of the Cyborg 15, a new take on budget gaming hardware with a novel Translucent Black chassis and Cooler Boost-ed DDR5 RAM.

MSI has announced the Creator Z17 HX and Creator Z16 HX laptops with a 16-inch QHD+ (16:10) touch-enabled screen, up to 64 GB of DDR5 5,400 RAM and GeForce RTX 4000 graphics cards. The former's price starts at US$2,999 and the latter at US$2,899.

MSI has officially announced the Stealth 17 Studio laptop for gamers and creators. It can be configured with up to an Intel Core i9-13900H, GeForce RTX 4090 and 64 GB of DDR5 5,200 memory. It will go on sale in February starting at US$2,799.

OnePlus has debuted its second-gen Buds Pro today (January 4, 2023) as TWS earbuds that step up to spatial audio and Dynaudio co-branding for the first time. Qualcomm has arrived at the Las Vegas Convention Center to highlight the current and ongoing role of its Snapdragon Ride Platforms as prominent automotive processing solutions. Among the new devices is the ROG Strix SCAR 17 (2023) which has now been upgraded with a high-end Ryzen 9 7000 Zen 4 CPU and up to a GeForce RTX 4090 mobile GPU.

ASUS has introduced a new 27-inch gaming monitor for those after a fast OLED panel. Announced as the ROG Swift OLED PG27AQDM, the monitor combines a 240 Hz refresh rate with a 2.5K resolution and 1,000 nits of peak brightness, among other features.

TSMC chairman Dr. Mark Liu has officially declared production of its advanced 3 nanometer (nm) process open, cutting the ribbon on the expanded fabrication unit at the Southern Taiwan Science Park (STSP) for this purpose. Dr. Liu also claimed that 3nm yields are comparable to those of the previous generation at the same point in its manufacture, despite reports of poor performance in this area by other OEMs thus far.

Asus also refreshed the configurations with AMD's latest Ryzen 7000 mobile processors and Nvidia GPUs up to an RTX 4090 mobile dGPU with 165 W TGP.

Asus has refreshed the ROG Flow X16 (GV601) with Intel Raptor Lake-H CPUs up to the Core i9-13900H and up to a 135 W Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 Laptop GPU. The ROG Flow X16 now features an improved QHD+ mini-LED display option with a 240 Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass DXC coating for added durability and reduced surface reflections for better visibility in bright environments.

Asus has announced three new gaming desktops, the ROG Strix G22CH, G16CH and G13CH. All three are configurable with 13th-gen Intel Raptor Lake processors. Apart from the ROG Strix G13CH, both SKUs support Nvidia's RTX 40 series graphics card. Their prices and availability will be revealed later.

Asus has announced a new Wi-Fi 7 gaming router called the ROG Rapture GT-BE98 alongside the ROG Raikiri Pro PC controller and ROG Destrier Ergo Gaming Chair. Prices and availability of all three products will be announced at a later date.

The Asus ROG Harpe Ace Aim Lab Edition gaming mouse has been unveiled alongside the ROG AimPoint keyboard. Both offer Bluetooth, USB and 2.4 GHz wireless connectivity and will be available for purchase later in the month.
