SANDMARC Ring Light - Wireless Edition new gadget for iPhone arrives
The SANDMARC Ring Light - Wireless Edition has been revealed in the US. The portable gadget has been designed for the iPhone, which can be mounted in the centre of the light, and can be used with or without a tripod. The Ring Light has a built-in lithium polymer battery, removing wires and the need for batteries.
The 10-in SANDMARC Ring Light can be recharged via USB-C and lasts for over four hours on a single charge at peak brightness. At 0.5m (~1.64 ft), the maximum brightness is 350 lux, and the dimmable light has an adjustable color temperature between 3200 and 6500K. The device comes with a carrying case, an iPhone mount, a USB-C cable and a wall adapter. The compact gadget measures 31.0 x 26.5 x 5.0 cm (~12.2 x 10.4 x 2.0- in) and weighs 460g (~16.2 oz).
You can now pre-order the SANDMARC Ring Light - Wireless Edition in the US for US$99.99. Bundles of the ring light and Tripod Compact and Tripod Pro are also available for US$179.99 and US$249.99, respectively. The device is due to ship on July 18. It is unclear whether or when the gadget could arrive in other markets like the UK.
