The Solid State Storage Technology Corporation (SSSTC) CA6-8D1024 (formerly LITE-ON Storage SBG) is a high end NVMe Gen 4x4 SSD in the M.2 2280 format. It uses 3D TLC NAND flash with sequential reads specified at up to 6,800 MB/s and write with up to 4,800 MB/s (both using the cache). The MTBF is specified at 1.5 mio hours.
