The Kingston KC3000 512G (SKC3000S/512G) is a fast PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 2280 drive. It offers a low profile graphene aluminium heat spreader and read speeds of up to 7000 MB/s (3900 MB/s write). It uses a Phison E18 controller and 3D TLC chips. The MTBF is specified at 1,800,000 hours and 400 Total Terabytes Written (TBW).
