It is specified with at least 3,500 MB/s read and 3,000 MB/s write speeds (max for the 1 TB version) and 580k/500k IOPS 4k (also for the 1TB version). The PM981a uses Samsung 3D-NAND TLC with 96 layers (V-NAND v5) and uses NVMe 1.3.
