The ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro 512GB (ASX8200PNP-512GT-C) is a fast M.2 PCIe / NVMe 1.3 SSD in the 2280 form factor. It is specified at 3350 MB/s read and 2350MB/s write (maximum using the SLC-cache). The MTBF is specified at 2 mio hours and TBW at 320 TB. The power consumption is 0.33 W when accessed and 0.14W in idle. According to ADATA the drive uses the Silicon Motion SM2262EN controller and 3D-NAND TLC from Micron (64 Layer Gen 2).
